Kondisi jalan di 4 Desa Biru Biru Rusak Parah.(ist)
Medan, INVOCAVIT.COM: Jalan di empat desa menuju bendungan Lau Simeme Sibiru Biru, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, atau sebaliknya rusak total dan sulit dilalui oleh kendaraan.
Akan tetapi, pihak pemerintah atau (BBWSS-2) Balai Wilayah Sungai Sumatera 2 sepertinya tidak perduli dengan nasib jalan tersebut. Padahal, jalan itu rusak disebabkan proyek bendungan Lausimeme.
Jalan rusak itu mencapai 11 KM² yang meliputi daerah Desa Sarilaba, Peria ria, Penen dan Mardinding. Warga sudah banyak yang mengeluh namun tidak kunjung ditindaklanjuti.
Seorang warga R Sembiring ketika ditemui awak media mengatakan bahwa situasi rusaknya jalan tersebut sudah lama dan membuat mereka menderita.
“Kami sudah berulang kali sampaikan ke desa,pemerintah kecamatan dan wakil rakyat, tapi belum ada tindaklanjut dari semua pihak. Sementara Pihak pemerintah Kecamatan mengatakan akan berkomunikasi dengan pihak Balai Sungai. Tapi sampai sekarang tidak kunjung ada hasilnya,” ucapnya, Senin (14/7/2025)
Warga yang sama, Jakup Ginting menambahkan meminta agar BBWSS-2 segera memperbaiki jalan yang rusak bersama dengan pemerintah Kabupaten Deli Serdang.
“Jangan setelah selesai membangun dan mendapatkan untung, pihak BBWSS-2 dan pemkab Deli serdang meninggalkan luka bagi kami masyarakat yang setiap hari membutuhkan akses jalan ini,”Katanya.
“Jakup Ginting juga membeberkan bahwa sebelum adanya pembangunan bendungan Lau Simeme, jalan di 4 desa di Biru Biru itu cukup baik dan layak untuk dilalui masyarakat. Tapi setelah adanya pembangunan bendungan semua hancur dan dampaknya kami masyarakat yang dirugikan,”Ketus B Tarigan.
“Kami mohon agar pihak BBWSS-2 dan kepala daerah ambil tindakan dan perdulikan nasib masyarakat yang jalannya rusak ini,Jangan habis manis sempah dibuang” terangnya.
Selain itu, H Pandai warga Peraria juga mengatakan bahwa pembangunan bendungan Lau Simeme ini bukan hanya menyisakan pilu terhadap jalan yang rusak ini, namun banyak menyisakan luka bagi masyarakat di kecamatan biru-biru.
“Pembangunan bendungan Lau Simeme ini banyak menyisakan luka bagi masyarakat di biru biru, tanah yang dirampas tak dibayar, jalan yang dulu mulus dirusaki tapi tak diperbaiki,dan kini malah di tinggal pergi,”Katanya penuh kesal.
“Kami juga tidak tau apa manfaat dari pembangunan bendungan itu, yang kami tau hadirnya bendungan itu menyisakan luka bagi kami masyarakat biru biru,”Benernya.
Kepala Dinas Sumber Daya Air, Bina Marga, dan Bina Konstruksi (SDABMBK) Kabupaten Deli Serdang adalah Janso Sipahutar, ST MT ketika dikonfirmasi mengatakan sudah membahas dan mengusulkan ini ke kementerian PU melalui BBWSS-2.
“Karena masih tanggung jawab mereka (Balai Sungai). Saat ini mereka sedang mengusulkan penanganannya untuk ditampung di tahun 2026. Tahun ini mereka tidak bisa menangani karena anggaran mereka terkena efesiensi,” ucap Janso.
Selain itu, pihak pemerintah Kabupaten Deli Serdang juga sudah membuat proposal usulan.
“Kita juga turut membuat proposal usulan melalui program Inpres penaganan jalan daerah dan mudah-mudahan dapat terakomodir dan segera diperbaiki,” tuturnya.
Kemudian, Janso menambahkan bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten Deli Serdang sudah menganggarkan untuk pembangunan jalan di Kecamatan Biru Biru.
“Tahun ini akan kita coba tangani mulai dari simpang lausimemei dekat kantor camat sampai ke Desa Sarilaba. Kita masukkan di P.APBD 2025,” terangnya.
