Polda Sumut dan Jajaran Gelar Operasi Zebra 2025.(ist).
MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM: Mulai hari ini, Senin (27/21) hingga 30 November 2025, Kepolisian Daerah Sumatera Utara (Polda Sumut) dan seluruh jajaran menggelar Operasi Zebra 2025, yang juga digelar serentak di seluruh Indonesia.
Operasi ini merupakan agenda nasional Korlantas Polri dalam menciptakan kondisi lalu lintas yang aman, tertib, dan lancar menjelang libur Natal dan Tahun Baru (Nataru).
Sebagai bagian dari persiapan, Polda Sumut telah menggelar Pelatihan Praoperasi Zebra 2025 pada Jumat, 14 November 2025 di Ruang Catur Prasetya, Lantai 4, Mapolda Sumut.
Sebanyak 100 personel dari berbagai satuan, seperti Ditlantas, Ditintelkam, Ditbinmas, Ditreskrimum, Biddokkes, Bid TIK, hingga Bidhumas Polda Sumut, mengikuti kegiatan ini guna menyamakan persepsi dan strategi pelaksanaan operasi di seluruh jajaran, mulai dari tingkat Polda, Polres, hingga Polsek.
Kapolda Sumatera Utara, Irjen Pol Whisnu Hermawan Februanto, S.I.K., M.H., yang membuka kegiatan praoperasi, menekankan pentingnya integritas dan profesionalitas seluruh personel dalam menjalankan Operasi Zebra.
“Hindari pelanggaran sekecil apa pun dalam pelaksanaan operasi. Ingat bahwa personel Polda Sumut adalah pelayan masyarakat. Mari layani masyarakat dengan sebaik mungkin secara humanis dan bertanggung jawab,” tegas Kapolda.
Ia menambahkan bahwa Operasi Zebra tidak hanya berfokus pada penegakan hukum, tetapi juga mengutamakan edukasi kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan budaya tertib berlalu lintas.
Polda Sumut bersama jajaran akan memprioritaskan penindakan terhadap sejumlah pelanggaran prioritas, antara lain:
– Tidak menggunakan sabuk keselamatan
– Tidak memakai helm SNI
– Melanggar rambu atau marka jalan
– Melanggar lampu APILL
– Menggunakan ponsel saat berkendara
– Kendaraan tidak memenuhi persyaratan teknis laik jalan

– Pelanggaran tata cara pemuatan angkutan barang
Selain itu, Polri juga menekankan pentingnya perlindungan keselamatan pejalan kaki, yang kini menjadi fokus utama.
Kabid Humas Polda Sumut, Kombes Pol Dr. Ferry Walintukan, S.I.K., S.H., M.H., memastikan bahwa Polda Sumut telah mempersiapkan sumber daya dan strategi operasional secara maksimal.
“Operasi Zebra 2025 kami laksanakan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pengguna jalan dan menekan angka pelanggaran serta fatalitas kecelakaan. Polda Sumut akan mengedepankan langkah humanis, persuasif, namun tetap tegas terhadap setiap bentuk pelanggaran,” ujar Kabid Humas, Minggu (16/11).
