Dalam hasil pemeriksaan gambar, dijelaskan bahwa analisis yang digunakan Error Level Analysis (ELA) atau Analisis Tingkat Kesalahan, yaitu merupakan Teknik Forensik Digital yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi area dalam gambar yang mungkin telah diubah atau dimanipulasi.
Plt Bupati Nias Barat, Era Era Hia menyebut semua foto yang dianalisis disimpulkan bahwa tidak ditemukan manipulasi atau perubahan data secara signifikan, dimana area titik terang mengikuti kompresi yang dilakukan. Hal ini menunjukkan keaslian foto tanpa ada perubahan atau rekayasa.
Dengan keluarnya hasil tersebut, Era memastikan akan menjatuhkan sanksi kepada Eks Kadis Pariwisata Imelda April Juita Hia yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan.
“Mengenai sanksi saya kabarin setelah saya tandatangani Surat Keputusan tentang hal tersebut,” kata Era saat dikonfirmasi iNews, Senin (28/10/2024) malam.
Hasil penelitian foto mesra tersebut tertuang dalam surat Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dan Teknologi Informasi Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) Nomor 4094/UN5.2.14.D/KP/2024 tanggal 28 Oktober 2024 perihal keterangan hasil penelitian foto.
Peneliti dilakukan oleh Mohammad Fadly Syah Putra sebagai tenaga ahli ITE USU berdasarkan surat tugas dari Dekan Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dan Teknologi Informasi Nomor 4091/UN5.2.14.D/KP/2024, untuk melakukan pemeriksaan data foto viral Bupati dan Kadispar Nias Barat.
Penelitian itu dilakukan setelah Pemerintah Kabupaten Nias Barat meminta bantuan Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dan Teknologi Informasi Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) melalui surat Nomor 000.9.6/3018/Bup tanggal 11 Oktober 2024.
Sebelumnya diberitakan Nasib Kadispar Nias Barat usai Viral Foto Mesra dengan Bupati, kini dibebastugaskan.
April Imelda Juita Hia dibebastugaskan dari jabatannya sebagai Kepala Dinas Pariwisata Nias Barat, Sumatera Utara. Penonaktifan ini diduga terkait viralnya video dan foto mesra mirip dirinya dengan Bupati Nias Barat Khenoki Waruwu yang sedang cuti beredar di media sosial.
Plt Bupati Nias Barat Era Era Hia saat dikonfirmasi mengatakan, Imelda Hia dibebastugaskan per Rabu (9/10/2024). Langkah ini dilakukan agar tidak mengganggu upaya tim yang dibentuk dalam pengecekan keaslian foto mesra tersebut.
Dalam waktu yang sama, Kadis Pariwisata itu sempat dimintai klarifikasi langsung, namun tidak memberikan jawaban pasti. Imelda justru menghendaki agar keaslian foto itu diuji kebenarannya oleh ahli forensik/telematika.***
