Medan, INVOCAVIT.COM: Kapolda Sumut, Irjen Pol Whisnu Hermawan Februanto, menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas insiden salah tangkap yang terjadi di Bandara Kualanamu pada Rabu (15/10).
“Atas peristiwa kemarin itu saya selaku Kapolda Sumut menyampaikan permohonan maaf,” ucapnya saat ditemui awak media di GOR Serba Guna Unimed, Sabtu (18/10) petang.
Whisnu mengungkapkan, terhadap personel yang melakukan tindakan salah tangkap terhadap Ketua Nasdem Sumut itu pun telah dilakukan penahanan untuk menjalani pemeriksaan.
“Ya ada empat personel sudah kita tahan atas permasalah itu. Untuk lebih lengkapnya akan disampaikan Kabid Humas ya rekan-rekan,” ungkap jenderal bintang dua tersebut.
Sebelumnya, Ketua Partai Nasdem Sumut, Iskandar ST, mengaku menjadi korban salah tangkap oleh oknum polisi di Bandara Kualanamu, Rabu (15/10) sore.
Insiden memalukan itu terjadi di dalam pesawat Garuda Indonesia nomor penerbangan GA 193 rute Kualanamu–Soekarno Hatta, tepat sebelum pesawat lepas landas.
Penahanan terhadap keempat personel Polrestabes Medan itu dilakukan penyidik Bid Propam Polda Sumut. Adapun keempat personel Polrestabes Medan yang ditahan itu berinisial Ipda J, Aiptu JP, Aiptu AS dan Briptu ES bertugas di Unit Pidum Sat Reskrim Polrestabes Medan.(jos)
