Tersangka inisial B alias I (48) warga Jln. Rel Kereta Api Lk.III Kel.Perjuangan Kec.Teluk Nibung Kota Tanjungbalai ditangkap Rabu 08 Februari 2023 sekitar pukul 20.00.wib di Dusun VI Desa Sei Apung Jaya Kec. Tanjungbalai Kab. Asahan.
Kapolres Tanjungbalai AKBP. Ahmad Yusuf Afandi SIK MM melalui Kasat Narkoba AKP R.Silalahi ,S.H saat dikonfirmasi Selasa (14/2) mengatakan bahwa selama ini tersangka B dalam buronan menyusul sebelumnya dua temannya sindikatnya sudah ditangkap.
Diterangkan Kasat Narkoba, pada Sabtu 19 Maret 2022 sekira pukul 02.00 Wib, telah dilakukan penangkapan terhadap laki-laki dan perempuan bernama R Alias I dan H Alias A.
Dalam pemeriksaan, lanjut Kasat, R Alias I mengaku memperoleh narkotika jenis shabu miliknya dari laki-laki bernama B Als I di Jalan Rel Kereta Api Kelurahan Perjuangan Kecamatan Teluk Nibung.
“Kita langsung cari tersangka B dirumahnya Jalan Rel Kereta Api kelurahan perjuangan, namun tidak berhasil ditemukan sehingga yang bersangkutan kita jadikan buronan. Namun ketika itu, dilakukan penggerebekan dirumahnya didampingi Kepling setempat dan ditemukan narkoba jenis sabu-sabu,” jelasnya.
Lanjut Kasat, berdasarkan Laporan Polisi NOMOR : LP / A / 102 / III / 2022/ SPKT.SATRESNARKOBA/POLRES TANJUNG BALAI/ Tanggal 19 Maret 2023 tersebut Personil Sat Resnarkoba Polres Tanjung Balai di pimpin Kasat Narkoba, KBO dan Kanit bersama personil opsnal melakukan penyelidikan. Kemudian pada hari Rabu tanggal 08 Februari 2023 sekira pukul 19: 30 wib diketahui bahwa tersangka B als I sedang berada dalam rumah di Dusun VI Desa Sei Apung Jaya Kec. Tanjung Balai Kab. Asahan.
Selanjutnya tim langsung bergerak menuju lokasi dan menangkap tersangka B Als I.
“Dalam pemeriksaan tersangka B alias I mengakui kalau sabu-sabu yang disita dari R alias I da H alias A yang ditangkap pada 19 Maret 2022 lalu benar berasal dari dia untuk dijual,” terangnya.
Lanjut Kasat, dari penangkapan tersangka B disita barang bukti 1 bungkus plastik asoi warna putih berisi 1 bungkus narkotika jenis shabu berat kotor 251,78 gram.
Kemudian, 1 bungkus plastik klip transparan berisi diduga narkotika jenis shabu berat kotor 100,46 gram, 1 bungkus plastik klip transparan berisi diduga narkotika jenis shabu berat kotor 97,77 gram.
