Kemudian, Surya Darma alias Gallo, eksekutor, ditangkap di Binjai Minggu (25/5) pukul 04.30 wib. Kemudia diboyong ke Mapoldasu pukul 21.30 wib setelah dibawah untuk pengembangan mencari tersangka Bendil yang ditangkap di Deli Serdang dan tiba di gedung Ditreskrimum Poldasu pada Senin (26/5) dinihari. Bendil berperan sebagai joki yang membonceng Surya Darma alias Gallo membacok kedua korban saat berada di kebun sawit milik Jhon Wesly Sinaga di Desa Perbahingan, Kecamatan Kotarih, Kab Serdang Bedagai.

Ketiga tersangka ditangkap tim gabungan yang dipimpin Kasubdit Jahtanras Ditreskrimum Poldasu Kompol Jama Kita Purba, dari lokasi berbeda.
Dirreskrimum Polda Sumut Brigjen Pol Sumaryono mengatakan, ketiga tersangka mengakui membacok jaksa senior pada Kejari Deli Serdang Jhon Wesly Sinaga dan staf Tata Usaha Asensio Silvanov Hutabarat.
“Alpa Patria Lubis alias Kepot berperan sebagai otak pelaku, Surya Darma alias Gallo sebagai eksekutor sedangkan Bendil sebagai joki,” kata Brigjen Sumaryono didampingi Kasubdit Jahtanras Kompol Jama Kita Purba, Minggu (25/5) malam.
Brigjen Sumaryono yang akan pindah tugas ke Karobinopsnal Bareskrim Polri mengatakan tersangka Kepot dan Gallo merupakan residivis kasus perampokan. Tersangka Alpa Patria Lubis juga memiliki rekam jejak kejahatan yang sudah berulang.
“Alpa Patria Lubis alias Kepot telah melakukan kejahatan berulang-ulang. Dari sejumlah kasus kejahatan yang dilakukan masih ada yang belum berproses hukum,” jelasnya.

Residivis Kepot dkk merampok seorang pembeli TBS kelapa sawit yang terjadi pada bulan Januari 2025 di PT.Serdang Tengah, Jln.Pabrik Tanjung Purba di Dusun. Payakuda, Kec.Galang,Kab.D.Serdang dengan hasil Rampokan RP.232.000.000.
Dalam aksinya komplotan ini selalu menggunakan senjata api dan tidak segan-segan menyakiti dan melukai korban.
