MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Setelah ratusan pengemudi ojek online (ojol) menggelar unjuk rasa di depan kantor Grab Medan dan Kantor DPRD sumut, beberapa waktu lalu, Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Sumatera Utara langsung turun tangan. Pada Jumat (9/5/2025), Dishub Sumut memfasilitasi dialog terbuka antara perwakilan pengemudi ojol dan manajemen PT Grab di Command Center Room, Lt 2, Kantor Dishub Sumut, Jalan Imam Bonjol, No 61 Medan.
Pertemuan ini dipimpin langsung oleh Kadishub Sumut, Dr. Agustinus Panjaitan, mewakili Grab, Guruh G. Ismaela, selaku Head of Public Affairs for West Indonesia dan 5 orang perwakilan ASDM, sebagai respon atas tuntutan para pengemudi yang tergabung dalam Aksi Solidaritas Driver Medan (ASDM). Mereka sebelumnya mengeluhkan sejumlah kebijakan Grab yang dinilai merugikan.
Salah satu poin yang disorot para pengemudi ojol adalah potongan biaya langganan GrabBike Hemat sebesar Rp15.000 per tujuh orderan. Jika dihitung sebulan, potongan bisa mencapai Rp450.000.
“Masak kami yang kerja keras, kami juga yang harus bayar? Ini sangat memberatkan,” ujar Timbul Siahaan, Koordinator ASDM.
Para ojol juga meminta penghapusan sistem slot GrabFood, yang membuat satu pengemudi harus mengerjakan empat order sekaligus. Selain itu, mereka menuntut agar tarif perjalanan disesuaikan dengan regulasi tarif yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Perhubungan, serta dilibatkannya pengemudi ojol dalam pembuatan kebijakan.
Menanggapi tuntutan para pengemudi ojol itu, pihak manajemen Grab menjelaskan, tarif yang berlaku sudah sesuai dengan aturan tarif yang ditetapkan Kemenhub. Sedangkan terkait kebijakan Grab Bike Hemat, Guruh berjanji akan menyampaikan keberatan para pengemudi Ojol ke manajemen pusat Grab, dan akan menyampaikan hasilnya kepada Pemerintah Provinsi dan mitra Ojol.
“Kami tampung semua masukan, dan akan kami sampaikan ke internal manajemen Grab pusat” ujar Dhita, perwakilan Manajemen Grab.
Kadishub Sumut mengatakan, kehadiran pemerintah selaku regulator adalah memastikan bahwa operator memberikan layanan sesuai dengan regulasi yang ditetapkan, ada hak dan kewajiban masing-masing yang harus dipahami dan dilaksanakan. Kehadiran aplikator dalam pelayanan transportasi selain memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan kepada penumpang, yang terpenting lagi aspek keamanan dan keselamatan.
Terkait tarif aplikator wajib mematuhi ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan dalam SK Menhub No. 667 Tahun 2022 Tentang Pedoman Perhitungan Biaya Jasa Penggunaan Sepeda Motor Yang Digunakan Untuk Kepentingan Masyarakat,” ujar Agustinus
“Kami ingin semua pihak mematuhi regulasi yang sudah diatur, kepada aplikator, kita berikan waktu 1 bulan untuk meninjau kembali kebijakan Grab bike Hemat.
