Wanita berkulit hitam ini diduga akibat penganiayaan, karena di bagian kepalanya ada luka bekas benda tajam.
Data yang diterima dari lapangan, jasad korban yang ditaksir berumur 45 tahun ini pertama kali ditemukan oleh Tertib (40) warga sekitar yang sedang mandi sungai.
Saat mandi si sungai, saksi melihat ada tangan manusia di permukaan air sungai.
Seketika itu juga, saksi melaporkan temuan tersebut kepada Kepala Desa Namorih dan warga sekitar. Menyusul kemudian, Kepala Desa menghubungi petugas Polsek Pancur Batu.
Tak lama kemudian, Tim Reskrim Polsek Pancur Batu dipimpin langsung Kapolsek Kompol Norman Sihite, S.I.K, M.I.K didampingi Kanit Reskrim Iptu Dasarta Ginting, SH turun ke lokasi kejadian untuk melakukan penyelidikan. Selanjutnya, mayat korban yang hanya mengenakan baju itu dievakuasi ke ruang jenazah RS Bayangkara Medan untuk diotopsi.
Kapolsek Pancur Batu Kompol Norman Sihite, S.I.K, M.I.K melalui Kanit Reskrim Iptu Dasarta Ginting, SH ketik dikonfirmasi mengatakan, motif kematian korban diduga karena pembunuhan.
“Diduga kuat korban tewas akibat dibunuh. Namun, belum diketahui secara pasti apa motif pembunuhan tersebut, saat ini kita masih mendalami identitas korban,” ujar Iptu Dasarta.
Kanit juga mengimbau kepada masyarakat yang mengenali atau ada hubungan kerabat dengan korban sesuai ciri-ciri yang disebutkan, segera datang ke RS Bayangkar atau ke Polsek Pancur Batu.***
