Kabid Humas Polda Sumut, Kombes Pol Hadi Wahyudi mengatakan, penyerahan tersangka dilakukan setelah berkas perkara tahap II Mukmin dinyatakan lengkap oleh jaksa penuntut umum.
“Benar, anggota DPRD Tanjungbalai bernama Mukmin Mulyadi DPO kasus ekstasi 2.000 butir telah diserahkan bersama barang bukti ke Kejari Medan,” kata Kombes Hadi, Selasa (9/5/2023).
Sebagaimana diketahui, Polda Sumut menerbitkan DPO atasnama Mukmin Mulyadi.
Nama dia santer sebagai DPO setelah dilantik menjadi anggota DPRD Tanjung Balai masa jabatan PAW (Pergantian Antar Waktu).
Dia terjerat kasus narkotika dan diduga sebagai perantara pembelian 2.000 pil ekstasi yang menjerat beberapa orang lainnya.
Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Polda Sumut baru menahan Mukmin, terhitung Selasa 18 April 2023 lalu.
Sebelumnya, Dirres Narkoba Polda Sumut, Kombes Pol Yemi Mandagi mengatakan, setelah Mukmin Mulyadi diperiksa selama 9 jam langsung dilakukan penahanan setelah terlebih dahulu dilakukan gelar perkara.
“Kesimpulan gelar perkara tersebut, bahwa tersangka MM langsung kita lakukan penanganan malam ini juga,” kata Kombes Yemi Mandagi, Selasa (18/4/2023) di depan gedung Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Polda Sumut, pukul 22.05 WIB.(jos)
