MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – PT Indako trading Coy selaku main dealer Honda di wilayah Sumatera Utara (Sumut) bersama Yayasan Astra Honda Motor memberikan donasi kepada salah satu SMK Mitra Binaan AHM yang memiliki kurikulum Teknik dan Bisnis Sepeda Motor (TBSM) Astra Honda.

 

Kesempatan istimewa ini dilakukan PT Indako Trading Coy dan Yayasan Astra Honda Motor dengan mengunjungi salah satu SMK Mitra Binaan AHM, SMKS GBKP Kabanjahe pada Sabtu, 27 April 2024, sekaligus melakukan penyerahan bantuan secara simbolis berupa spesial tools yang dapat digunakan sebagai penunjang unit praktek tambahan.

 

Kunjungan jajaran PT Indako Trading Coy dan Yayasan Astra Honda Motor sontak disambut antusias oleh pihak SMKS GBKP Kabanjahe melalui penyematan simbol kebesaran masyarakat suku Karo Bekabuluh sebagai tanda rasa hormat dan kebahagiaan atas kunjungan rombongan Honda ke sekolah.

 

Pihak SMKS GBKP Kabanjahe juga mengajak rombongan Honda untuk melakukan visit lab Teknik dan Bisnis Sepeda Motor (TBSM) Astra Honda, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan gelaran talkshow bertemakan “Pengenalan Dunia Kerja“ yang tentunya sangat bermanfaat hingga mendapat respon positif dari para siswa SMKS BGKP Kabanjahe.

 

Program donasi untuk SMKS GBKP Kabanjahe sendiri dilatarbelakangi dengan upaya sekolah dalam menunjukkan komitmen kerjasamanya dengan terus mengupgrade kelengkapan laboratorium dan berhasil meningkatkan grade SMK di tahun 2019 hingga menjadi grade A.

 

Selain itu, SMKS GBKP Kabanjahe juga aktif menghadirkan guru-guru produktif TBSM-nya untuk ikut serta dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan guru, seperti modul dasar, modul lanjutan, dan sertifikasi guru.

 

Ahmad Muhibbuddin selaku Ketua Yayasan Astra Honda Motor, mengungkapkan pihaknya berupaya untuk terus memastikan adanya peningkatan sekaligus pemerataan kualitas implementasi kurikulum SMK TBSM Astra Honda di semua wilayah, seperti halnya Sumatera Utara untuk meningkatkan kontribusi Honda di dunia vokas,i sehingga terlahir alumni SMK yang punya daya saing di dunia industri.

 

Leo Wijaya, Vice Presdir PT Indako Trading Coy, dengan semangat Satu Hati mengungkapkan, pihaknya terus berupaya hadir untuk mendukung keberlangsungan proses belajar mengajar yang berkualitas di seluruh SMK Mira Binaan AHM se-Sumatera Utara, salah satunya dengan pemenuhan sarana prasarana untuk belajar siswa.

 

Menurutnya, bersama SMK, Honda ingin dapat melahirkan para generasi masa depan berkualitas sebagai wujud nyata dari kontribusi link and match antara dunia pendidikan dan dunia kerja. (rel)
