MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Kejaksaan Negeri Medan melakukan penahanan tiga penyelenggara Pemilu, PPK Kec Medan Timur karena diduga terlibat penggeseran suara Caleg.
Ketiga tersangka itu sudah ditahan di Rutan Tanjung Gusta menunggu proses persidangan. Mereka adalah, Abdilla Syadzaly Barrah Hutasuhut, Muhammad Rachwi Ritonga dan Junaidi Machmud.
Abdilla Syadzaly Barrah Hutasuhut adalah calon jaksa yang akan ditempatkan di Kejari Padang Asahan. Dia bertindak sebagai Ketua PPK Medan Timur, bersama Muhammad Rachwi Ritonga dan Junaidi Machmud yang menjabat pada bagian Teknis, serta Bagian Data dan Informasi (Datin).
Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Medan, Muttaqin Harahap, SH, MH membenarkan penahanan ketiga tersangka dari penyelenggara Pemilu 2024.
Abdilla bersama dengan Muhammad Rachwi Ritonga dan Junaidi Machmud diduga melakukan pengeseran suara dari Partai Kebangkitan Nasional dan Partai Buruh ke Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa sebanyak 51 suara. Ketiga orang ini diduga mendapatkan bayaran besar untuk menggeser suara kepada caleg di partai tersebut.
“Benar, kita telah menerima berkas dan melakukan penahanan dalam kasus penggeseran suara saat Pileg kemarin,” jawabnya melalui pesan WhatsApp, Jumat (10/5/2024).
Muttaqin menjelaskan, para terangka ini telah melanggar Pasal 520 Subs Pasal 532 Subs Pasal 535 Subs Pasal 551 Subs Pasal 505 UU RI Nomor 7 Tahun 2023, tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 tentang Perubahan atas Undang – Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilihan Umum menjadi Undang–Undang.
“Kasus ini akan segera masuk ke persidangan,” ungkapnya.

Penahanan ketiga tersangka mendapat tanggapan dari seorang aktivis sosial kemasyarakatan Kota Medan, Muhammad Abdi Siahaan/Wak Genk.
Dia menilai ketiga tersangka sangat layak diberi hukuman berat. Alasannya, mereka ditengarai sebagai perusak tatanan demokrasi Indonesia. Yang mana pemerintah dan rakyat Indonesia menginginkan demokrasi yang bersih, akuntabel dan transparan.
“Pemerintah selalu berupaya menjunjung tinggi demokrasi yang berkeadilan. Namun justru penyelenggara negara merusak tatanan itu. Siapapun yang merusak demokrasi sudah pantas dihukum berat,” tegas Wak Genk.
Dia juga berharap penyidikan tidak berhenti hanya terhadap ketiga tersangka tetapi mengusut sampai tuntas karena diyakini pasti ada yang menyuruh mereka.
“Usut sampai tuntas, yang menyuruh pasti ada, jangan terhenti sampai kepada ketiga tersangka. Dan batalkan surat KPU no 360 Tahun 2024 soal penetapan Calon DPRD Medan,” terangnya.
Aktivis yang kerap membantu masyarakat kurang mampu kala Covid-19 mengatakan, kasus ini sarat dengan muatan politik karena disinyalir ada orang kuat yang memerankan politis, namun demikian, Wak Genk minta agar penyidik tidak mau diintervensi pihak manapun.
“Dalam kasus ini, keberanian penyidik diuji. Jika kasus ini hanya berhenti dengan penahanan ketiga tersangka, patut diduga penyidik takut akan intervensi,” pungkasnya.
Sebelumnya, kasus ini terungkap atas laporan Caleg Partai Gerindra Dapil 3 Medan, Netty Yuniati Siregar ke Bawaslu Kota Medan, yang melaporkan penggelembungan suara yang dilakukan PPK Kecamatan Medan Timur Muhammad Rachwi Ritonga Dkk.
Kemudian dari penelusuran Bawaslu Medan ditemukan adanya perbedaan hasil suara Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) dalam format Excel sebanyak 2.871 suara. Sedangkan dalam format D.Hasil sebanyak 2.922 suara. Sehingga terjadi penggelembungan sebanyak 51 suara yang diduga diambil dari Partai Buruh dan Partai Kebangkitan Nasional.
Selanjutnya atas penulusuran itu, Sentra GAKKUMDU Kota Medan melakukan pembahasan dengan kesimpulan terhadap temuan itu diteruskan ke tahap penyidikan/laporan pengaduan ke SPKT Polrestabes Medan.
