MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Isu tak sedap soal Kepala UPT Peralatan PUPR Propinsi Sumut Sori M, merebak di Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Utara (Kejatisu). Isu itu terkait pemeriksaan dirinya soal proyek perawatan jalan PUPR Nias TA 2022 yang menjadikan Kepala UPT PUPR Nias inisial RTZ,ST.MT dan bendahara inisial TT,SE diperiksa di Kejatisu.
Isu yang diperoleh bahwa Sori M menerima uang Rp.255 juta dari RTZ untuk mengamankan kasusnya di Kejatisu. Namun, uang itu disebut-sebut tidak diberikan ke penyidik hingga akhirnya RTZ,ST.MT diperiksa bersama AT,SE. Kini, status RTZ dan TT telah dinaikkan ke tahap penyidikan oleh Kejatisu dan pada Kamis (7/12) keduanya menurut informasi akan dipanggil dengan status tersangka .
Informasi diperoleh, kasus itu berawal dari proyek pemeliharaan jalan di lingkungan UPT PUPR Nias TA 2022 dengan nilai Rp.7 milyar.
Adanya dugaan korupsi dalam kasus itu terendus pihak Kejatisu hingga akhirnya RTZ selaku kepala UPT dan TT sebagai bendahara diperiksa Kejatisu. Kini, status RTZ dan TT telah dinaikkan ke tahap penyidikan. Bahkan, disebut-sebut sudah menjadi tersangka sejak Jumat (3/12) lalu.
Seiring berjalannya penyidikan, informasi menyebutkan bahwa RTZ “Nyanyi” kepada penyidik Kejatisu kalau dirinya sudah memberikan uang Rp.255 juta kepada Sori M. Akan tetapi, informasi juga menyebutkan kalau uang itu tidak diberikan Sori M kepada orang yang berkompeten di Kejatisu. Alhasil, Sori M dipanggil untuk didengar keterangannya.
Bahkan, informasi yang berkembang kalau Sori M sudah diperiksa beberapa pekan lalu dan dalam waktu dekat akan kembali dipanggil untuk pemeriksaan. Adapun yang memeriksa kasus itu di Kejatisu adalah Hendrik Sipahutar..
Kepala UPT Peralatan PUPR Propinsi Sumut Sorimuda yang dikonfirmasi Medan Pos soal informasi itu hingga berita ini diterbitkan tidak menjawab. Dikonfirmasi melalui WhatsAap (WA) dan langsung melalui hanphone juga tidak menjawab.
Demikian juga Kepala UPT Nias RTZ yang dikonfirmasi melalui WA juga tidak membalas namun dikonfirmasi melalui hanphone langsung di matikan.
Sementara itu, Kasi Penkum (Kepala Seksi Penerangan Hukum) Kejatisu Yos A Tarigan mengakui pihaknya ada menangani kasus dugaan korupsi perawatan jalan di Kab Nias dan telah memeriksa Ka UPT RTZ,ST.MM beserta bendaharanya TT,SE.
“Memang ada kita tangani. Soal status tersangka belum tahu tapi sepertinya kesitunya nanti arahnya itu karena sekarang sudah tahap penyidikan,” jelas Yos Tarigan.
Soal pemeriksaan Kepala UPT Peralatan PUPR Propsu, Sorimuda, kata juru bicara Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumut itu masih mengecek. “Nanti saya cek dulu,” ujarnya.(jos)
