MEDAN, INVOCAVIT. COM – Penyidik Subdit IV/Tipidter Ditreskrimsus Polda Sumatera Utara, mengungkap praktek penyelewengan BBM bersubsidi jenis solar, dengan modus menggunakan mobil pick up yang sudah dimodifikasi tangkinya, Selasa (4/3).
Dalam kasus ini, petugas menyita barang bukti, 1 Unit Mobil Mitsubisi L300 (Pickup) warna Hitam, nopol BK 8687 MR, Baby Tank yang berisi solar subsidi, alat pompa sedot minyak ke baby tank. Kemudian menangkap 2 orang yakni Sopir KDT dan kernek inisial And sesaat setelah mengisi Solar subsidi.
Dirreskrimsus Poldasu Kombes Rudi Rifani melalui Kasubdit IV/Tipidter AKBP Muhammad Alan Haikel mengatakan, pengungkapan kasus ini, berawal dari informasi yang diperoleh dari masyarakat, perihal adanya praktek penyelewengan BBM bersubsidi jenis Solar, yang dibeli di SPBU Jalan Tritura No 2, Kel Sukamaju, Kec Medan Johor, untuk kemudian dijual kembali.
Dijelaskan, pelaku menempatkan baby tank berkapasitas 1.000 liter di dalam pick up, yang difungsikan untuk menampung BBM dari SPBU bahkan dilengkapi mesin pompa.
“Dalam prakteknya, pelaku ini datang ke SPBU untuk membeli BBM jenis solar layaknya mobil berbahan solar pada umumnya. Usai pengisian, pelaku kemudian memfungsikan pompa yang dapat menyedot BBM dari tangki, untuk disalurkan ke Baby Tank yang ada diatas pick up,” jelasnya.
Dari keterangan KDT dan A, sebut Kasubdit Tipidter, berkode yang digunakan truk roda 6 dan petugas SPBU sendiri mengetahui kalau berkode yang digunakan pelaku tidak sesuai dengan nomor plat mobil yang digunakan.
Pelaku membeli solar seharga Rp 6.800/liter. Kemudian, pelaku memberikan upah Rp.30.000 kepada petugas SPBU tersebut.
Ditambahkannya, dalam setiap pembelian Solar subsidi, pelaku menggunakan barcode, yang selalu diganti setiap mengisi BBM di SPBU. Selain barcode, pelaku juga menyiapkan plat nomor palsu, sesuai dengan barcode yang dimilikinya.
“Kuat dugaan, pelaku akan menjual kembali solar subsidi yang dibeli di SPBU, untuk kemudian dijual kembali ke perusahaan – perusahaan dengan harga yang berlipat,” sebutnya.
“Untuk membeli BBM subsidi sesuai aturan pemerintah harus mempunyai barcode, jadi pelaku telah menyiapkan barcodenya dan plat nomor sesuai dengan barcode. Dalam sehari, pelaku diperkirakan mampu memenuhi baby tank berkapasitas 1.000 liter secara berulang, dengan mengisi BBM di beberapa SPBU,” tambahnya, pihaknya tengah mendalami kasus ini untuk menangkap sindikat pelaku yang lain, termasuk meringkus pengendali dan bos para pelaku.
Para tersangka dipersangkakan melanggar, “Setiap orang yang menyalahgunakan pengangkutan dan / atau Niaga Bahan Bakar Minyak, Bahan Bakar Gas, dan / atau liquefied petroleum gas yang di subsidi dan / atau penyediaan dan pendistribusiannya di berikan penugasan pemerintah dipidana dengan penjara paling lama 6 (enam) tahun dan pidana denda paling banyak Rp. 60.000.000.000,- (enam puluh miliar rupiah), sebagaimana dimaksud dalam paragaraf 5 “Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral” Pasal 40 angka 9 pasal 55 Undang Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 tahun 2023 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 02 tahun 2022 tentang cipta kerja menjadi Undang-Undang.***
