Dalam Sertijab ini, Brigjen TNI Refrizal resmi menyerahkan jabatan Kasdam I/BB kepada Brigjen TNI Arif Hartoto, S.E., M.Sc. Sementara itu, Kolonel Arh Toto Raharjo menyerahkan jabatan Kainfolahtadam I/BB kepada Kolonel Inf Asep Muhamad Nurjawali. Selain itu, Kolonel Inf Asep Muhamad Nurjawali menyerahkan jabatan Kabintaljarahdam I/BB kepada Letkol Inf Drs. Ahmad Saidi Harahap, M.Pd.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, jabatan Kapendam I/BB juga diserahterimakan dari Kolonel Inf Dody Yudha, S.I.P., M.Tr.(Han)., M.H.I., kepada Letkol Inf Asrul Kurniawan Harahap, S.E., M.Tr.(Han)., dan LO TNI AU dari Kolonel Lek Haris kepada Kolonel POM Hary M. Ambon, S.H., M.Si. Pejabat lainnya yang diserahterimakan adalah Pamen Ahli Bidang Hukum dan Humaniter, dari Kolonel Takkas Gultom kepada Kolonel Inf Jhonson Mangasitua Sitorus.
