INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN – Anggota DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara (Sumut) dari Fraksi Partai Gerindra, H. M Subandi, mendesak Komisi A harus memanggil Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) dan para Kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di Pemerintahan Provinsi Sumatera Utara (Pemprov Sumut).
Desakan tersebut disampaikan HM Subandi, saat merespon banyaknya masalah yang timbul pasca-pelantikan 911 Pejabat Eselon III dan IV di lingkungan Pemprov Sumut. Contohnya, terdapat dua orang Pejabat Eselon III yang telah meninggal dunia dan satu orang sudah pensiun, serta satu orang terjerat masalah hukum pernah terjaring OTT Dirkrimsus Polda Sumut. Bahkan, lebih mirisnya banyak pegawai yang berkompeten dinonjobkan oleh Kepala BKD Safruddin.
“Bisa saja Komisi A DPRD Sumut meminta pertanggungjawaban, dengan memanggil Kepala BKD dan Kepala OPD pengusul agar persoalan itu segera diklarifikasi,” kata Subandi, saat dikonfirmasi awak media, Rabu (1/3/2023).
Disebutkan Subandi, dalam proses pelantikan ini tidak bisa serta merta semua pihak menyalahkan Kepala BKD dan Gubsu Edy Rahmayadi, karena proses mutasi jabatan ini prinsipnya diusulkan oleh OPD-OPD terkait. “Proses inikan makan waktu, usulan-usulan itukan dari OPD terkait, karena usulan ini bisa juga makan waktu sampai berbulan bulan atau bahkan setahun,” ungkapnya.
“Karena kita tak tahu urusan nyawa ini, tau tau meninggal, harusnya OPD terkait itu segera membuat susulan terhadap orang yang pernah diusulkannya tersebut, tidak mungkin BKD bekerja sendiri tanpa usulan-usulan dari OPD,” ketusnya.
Dalam persoalan ini, Politisi Partai Gerindra ini menegaskan, Gubsu Edy harus bersikap tegas dan memberikan sanksi kepada Kepala BKD dan OPD.
“Kita minta di masa ke depan, OPD agar lebih selektif dalam mengusulkan pejabat untuk menghindari kejadian serupa di kemudian hari,” pungkasnya.
Kesalahan data akibat dari usulan itu, menurut H.M Subandi, harus ada sanksi bagi OPD pengusul, bagi BKD juga kurang responsif dan sebelum melantik panggil lagi OPD terkait. “Kejadian yang bisa dinilai mempermalukan kinerja ini, harus ada sanksi nya sebagai efek jera, sehingga tidak terulang lagi,” tegasnya.
