Kapolsek Deli Tua Kompol Dedy menginterogasi tersangka.(ist)
DELITUA, INVOCAVIT.COM – Seorang tersangka pembegal uztad dihadiahi timah panas oleh Polsek Delitua. Tersangkan berinisial RN. (21), warga Jalan Brigjen Zein Hamid, Kecamatan Medan Johor, dengan kondisi kaki ditembus pelor harus meringkuk di sel Mapolsek Delitua, Rabu (4/9/2024) pagi. Sekira pukul 04.30 WIB.
Kapolsek Delitua, melalui Kanit Reskrim AKP Maruli Tua Siregar, Selasa (10/9/2024) petang menjelaskan, aksi poembegalan itu dilakukan tersangka pada Sabtu (17/8) sekira pukul 05.00 wib.
Ketika itu, ustaz Banu Wira Baskara (30) warga Jalan Bunga Pancur lX, Kelurahan Mangga, Kecatan Medan Tuntungan bersama temannya Gunawan Bakti (46), warga Jalan Pasar Senin, No.48. kelurahan Kampung Baru, Keckamatan Medan Maimon melintas di Depan Komplek PLN Jalan Brigjen Zein Hamid Kelurahan Titi Kuning Kecamatan Medan Johor, dengan mengendarai sepeda motor Honda Scoopy.
Lalu tiba-tiba muncul 3 orang pelaku menggunakan sepeda motor dan langsung memepet dan menendang korban. Mendapat perlakuan kasar, kemudian korban berhenti lalu pelaku turun dari sepeda motornya dan langsung mengeluarkan sajam dan mengancamnya serta menyuruh korban agar menyerahkan sepeda motor miliknya.
“Karena takut, korban menjatuhkan sepeda motornya kemudian pelaku mengambil sepeda motor tersebut lalu pergi meninggalkan korban, selanjutnya korban membuat laporan ke Polsek Delitua,” ujar Kanit Reskrim.
Atas laporan korban, selanjutnya Unit Reskrim Polsek Delitua yang dipimpin Kanit Reskrim AKP Maruli Tua Siregar, melakukan penyelidikan dan menangkap tersangka RN pada Rabu (4/9) lalu.
“Tersangka RN saat diinterogasi mengakui telah melakukan Curas bersama dengan E dan teman-temanya. Lalu dilakukan upaya pencarian barang bukti yang dipergunakan serta pelaku lainnya. Dan ketika dilakukan pengembangan RN melakukan perlawanan terhadap petugas serta berupaya melarikan diri sehingga diberi tindakan tegas dan terukur berupa 1 butir peluru dikaki kirinya.
Adapun barang bukti yang disita dari tersangka yakni, 1 sajam jenis parang, 1 Jaket hoodie hitam, 1 topi coklat merk adidas, 1 kunci T dan 1 HP merk infinix warna hitam, jelas Maruli Tua Siregar. (Won)
