MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Anggota Polantas Polrestabes Medan, Aiptu RH yang diduga melakukan pungutan liar (pungli) terhadap seorang wanita pengendara sepeda motor di Jalan Palang Merah, Kecamatan Medan Kota, Rabu (25/6/2025), telah diamankan dan dilakukan Patsus (Penempatan Khusus) oleh Satuan Profesi dan Pengamanan (Propam) Polrestabes Medan.
“Kejadiannya tadi siang, sudah dijemput oleh Paminal untuk dimintai keterangan dan akan dipatsus,” kata Kasat Lantas Polrestabes Medan, AKBP I Made Parwita dalam keterangan tertulisnya di Medan, Rabu (25/6/2025) malam.
Ia menjelaskan, Aiptu RH disebut melakukan penindakan terhadap pengendara, namun prosedur yang dilakukan tidak sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.
“Dia mengaku melakukan penilangan, tapi caranya tidak sesuai prosedur. Kalau mau menilang, pengendara harus diminta turun, surat-surat diperiksa, dan diberikan surat tilang secara resmi atau Briva,” katanya.
Made menegaskan, seluruh jajaran Satlantas Polrestabes Medan selalu diingatkan untuk melaksanakan tugas dengan benar dan bertanggungjawab.
“Baik saya ataupun pimpinan dalam apel selalu mengingatkan seluruh anggota untuk menjalankan tugas dengan benar,” tegasnya.
Kini akibat perbuatan yang dilakukannya, Aiptu RH harus mempertanggungjawabkannya secara etik dan hukum.
Untuk diketahui, Seorang oknum anggota polisi lalu lintas (Polantas) Polrestabes Medan viral di media sosial. Dalam video yang beredar luas di grup WhatsApp dan platform digital, terlihat oknum polantas diduga melakukan pungutan liar (pungli) terhadap seorang pengendara motor di Jalan Palang Merah, Kecamatan Medan Kota, Rabu (25/6/2025) siang.
Dalam rekaman video tersebut, tampak seorang anggota polantas berbadan besar mengendarai sepeda motor Honda Beat BK 6223 AEH berwarna putih dengan lis merah. Sementara korban yang merupakan seorang perempuan, mengendarai Honda Beat BK 4388 AIK berwarna hitam.
Anggota polisi yang diketahui berinisial Aiptu RH tampak melakukan negosiasi dengan korban. Ia beberapa kali terlihat menepuk bahu dan mencolek tas korban. Meski korban sempat menolak, ia akhirnya menyerahkan uang sebesar Rp100 ribu kepada Aiptu RH, yang kemudian meninggalkan lokasi.(jos).
