Takut Video Mesumnya Diviralkan, 3 Pemuda Pembunuhan Berencana Menyerahkan Diri

TAPANULI TENGAH, INVOCAVIT.COM – Tiga Tersangka pembunuhan sadis terhadap seorang sopir di Sibolga menyerahkan diri ke Polres Tapanuli Tengah (Tapteng).

 

Ketiga tersangka berinisial SAR (19) dan TM (18) serta remaja wanita VAPH (16)  ketiganya warga Kodya Sibolga, Provinsi Sumatera Utara (Sumut).

 

Waka Polres Tapteng, Kompol Kamaluddin Nababan, SH menerangkan, korban pembunuhan pria bernama Hasriano Tampubolon (47), berprofesi sopir warga Sarudik Tapteng . Aksi  pembunuhan berenca terjadi di Pantai Kalangan Indah Pandan Tapteng pada Selasa 26 Maret 2024, sekitar Pukul 21.30 WIB.

 

“Motif pembunuhan tersebut akibat sakit hati dan balas dendam, karena Hasriano Tampubolon (korban) mengancam para pelaku akan memviralkan video mesum para pelaku,” ungkap Kompol Kamaluddin Nababan dalam konfrensi Pers di Aula Parama Satwika, Polres Tapteng, Sabtu 30 Maret 2024.

 

Sebelum melakukan eksekusi, sebut Kamaluddin Nababan, para pelaku melakukan perencanaan pembagian peran masing-masing di Kodya Sibolga. Remaja wanita berinisial VAPH yang merupakan pacar pelaku SAR berperan sebagai umpan untuk mengajak korban bertemu di TKP.

 

“Sesampainya di TKP, kedua pelaku, yakni SAR dan TM melakukan aksi pembunuhan. Korban sempat melakukan perlawanan, namun kalah karena langsung ditusuk benda tajam dari para pelaku. Setelah korban Meninggal, kedua pelaku membawa korban menggunakan motor kearah jembatan Aek Garut Kelurahan Kalangan Pandan Tapteng untuk dibuang dan menghilangkan jejak,”ujar Kamaluddin Nababan.

 

Pelaku SAR dan TM, sambung Kamaluddin Nababan, sempat menyiram korban dengan bensin untuk menghilangkan sidik jari pelaku dari badan korban.

 

“Dari TKP Pantai Indah Kalangan, diamankan 1 buah pisau bergagang plastik warna hitam, tas sandang warna hitam yang berisikan KTP, SIM, STNK dan uang sejumlah Rp 150 ribu, 2 buah botol minuman fanta dan aqua serta 1 unit motor menyerupai trail warna putih hitam tanpa plat Kendaraan,”kata Kamaluddin Nababan.

 

Kemudian, lanjut Kamaluddin Nababan, di TKP Aek Garut diamankan barang bukti, yakni baju korban dengan kemeja lengan panjang warna biru, celana jeans warna biru, tali nilon warna kuning panjang 3,5 meter serta motor yang diamankan dari pelaku TM dan hamndphon milik korban.

“Para tersangka dijerat pasal 340 Subs 338 KUHP dan Pasal 365 KUHP Jo Undang-Undang RI nomor 11 tahun 2012 tentang sistem peradilan pidana anak,” ujar Wakapolres.(red).
