Temuan BPK RI,  Pajak Reklame Kota Medan  Rp 3,9 Miliar  Tak Masuk Kas Pemko Medan

INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN- Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI Perwakilan Sumut menemukan pajak reklame  Kota Medan pada tahun 2021 Rp 3,9 miliar  diduga tidak masuk ke kas Pemko Medan.

 

Beredar kabar, bahwa pajak reklame yang bocor itu diduga ‘diembat’ oknum pejabat yang biasa menangani dan mengurusi masalah perpajakan ini.

 

Sekretaris Dinas Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Retribusi Daerah (BPPRD) Kota Medan, Odi Anggia Batubara mengakui adanya kebocoran pajak reklame ini.

 

Namun, dia tidak mengaku ada anak buahnya yang ‘bermain’ dalam masalah ini.

 

“Tidak benar jika salah satu anggota BPPRD menilap (uang pajak reklame),” kata Odi yang baru hari ini mau bicara, Rabu (7/12/2022).

 

Dia beralasan, kalaupun ada oknum pejabat yang coba-coba menilap uang pajak reklame tersebut, pasti sudah ditindaklanjuti lebih jauh oleh BPK RI.

 

Bahkan, kata dia, soal temuan BPK RI itu, Dinas BPPRD Kota Medan sudah memberikan jawabannya, kenapa pajak reklame bisa bocor sampai Rp 3,9 miliar.

 

“Jadi kalau dibilang nilap, itu tidak benar,” katanya.

 

Disinggung lebih lanjut soal kebocoran pajak reklame ini, Odi pun meminta agar pihak yang punya bukti segera melapor kepada dirinya.

 

“Kalau ada bukti (dugaan korupsi), boleh sampaikan ke saya, akan saya proses,” katanya.

 

Ia pun kembali menegaskan, bahwa temuan BPK RI soal kebocoran pajak reklame itu sudah dijawab.

 

Odi beralasan, bahwa tidak capainya target pajak reklame ini karena ada 13 titik di Kota Medan yang merupakan jalan protokol.

 

“Untuk jalan protokol ini kami tidak bisa ambil pajaknya. Bisa-bisa kami yang bermasalah,” katanya.

 

 

Diketahui, dari hasil laporan BPK RI, dijelaskan bahwa ada 58 titik objek pajak tahun 2021 yang belum dibayarkan pajaknya.

 

Dari 58 titik itu, Pemko Medan membaginya dalam tiga kategori kelas jalan.

 

Adapun kelas jalan itu yakni jalan kelas I dengan nilai strategis paling tinggi, yaitu 50 ruas jalan yang telah ditentukan dalam Petunjuk Teknis Pelaksanaan Pajak Reklame.

 

Kemudian, jalan kelas II yaitu jalan yang tidak termasuk dalam kelas I dan kelas III.

 

Lalu, jalan kelas III yaitu jalan lingkungan.

 

Menurut laporan BPK RI, pada jalan kelas I, ada 55 titik reklame dengan nilai pajak Rp 3.741.881.556,25 yang belum dibayar ke Pemko Medan.

 

Kemudian, pada jalan kelas II, ada tiga titik reklame dengan nilai pajak Rp 199.582.250,00 yang belum dibayar ke Pemko Medan.

 

Sehingga, total pajak reklame yang bocor dan belum dibayar ke Pemko Medan sebesar Rp 3.941.463.806,25.

 

Nilai inilah yang kemudian disebut-sebut ditilap oknum pejabat.
