Tersangka Ninawati Ditahan.(dok).
MEDAN, INVOCAVIT. COM – Tersangka Ninawati kembali dilakukan penahanan oleh penyidik Unit Ranmor Subdit III Ditreskrimum Polda Sumut dalam perkara penipuan dan penggelapan.
Korban Henry Dumanter melalui kuasa hukumnya Husein Harahap mengucapkan terimakasih pada penyidik khususnya Kapolda Sumut karena berani menegakkan hukum berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan.
“Klien kami mendaptkan keadilan, dimana hukum ditegakkan oleh penyidik Polri dan Nina masih ditahan penyidik,” katanya.
Lanjut Husein dari Kantor Hukum Irwansyah Nasution and Partners, Henry Dumanter melaporkan Ninawati dengan Laporan Polisi Nomor : LP/B/837/VII/2023/SPKT Polda Sumut tertanggal 14 Juli 2023, dengan kerugian diperkirakan 5 Miliar.
Korban sendiri sudah memberikan sejumlah dokumen dan bukti transfer kepada penyidik yang kemudian dijadikan barang bukti. Senin, (20/5/2024).
“Keadilan di Sumut masih ada. Polri masih melayani masyarakat. Terima kasih Kapolda,” ungkapnya.
Berdasarkan keterangan kliennya, beber Husein, tersangka Ninawati diduga melakukan upaya bujuk rayu, tipu daya untuk memperalat kliennya agar mengeluarkan uang dengan janji-janji manis, dan berjanji akan mengembalikan uang tersebut.
Namun faktanya, setelah beberapa kali dilakukan penagihan, uang tersebut tidak dikembalikan.
Setelah itu, tersangka Ninawati juga memberikan sejumlah cek, dimana cek tersebut tidak dapat dicairkan.
“Kami senang Nina ditahan, karena itu perintah hukum. Apalagi kami khawatir, kalau tersangka diluar, maka bisa menghilangkan barang bukti atau kabur,” tegas Husein.
Sementara itu, ditempat terpisah, Henry Dumanter menghimbau kepada para korban lain yang mengalami kerugian oleh Ninawati untuk segera melaporkan ke Polda Sumut.
“Jangan takut, Polri pasti memberikan keadilan. Ayo lapor ke Polisi,” imbaunya.
Sementara itu, Direktur Kriminal Umum Polda Sumut Kombes Pol Sumaryono menegaskan tersangka Ninawati dalam perkara yang dilaporkan oleh Afnir alias menir dengan Laporan Polisi Nomor : LP/B/152/II/2024/SPKT Polda Sumut sudah dibebaskan demi hukum karena ada petunjuk jaksa (p19) yang masih harus dilengkapi oleh penyidik tapi bukan perkaranya dihentikan.
“Perkara dengan pelapor Afnir masih lanjut, hanya saja masa penahanannnya sudah habis sehingga dibebaskan demi hukum, mengingat masih petunjuk jaksa yang harus dilengkapi,” katanya.
“Jadi Nina bukan tidak bersalah, seperti ap yang disampaikan diluar sana. Perkara masih lanjut untuk korban Afnir,” tegas Perwira Melati Tiga Tersebut.
Tegas Kombes Sumaryono, saat ini tersangka Ninawati ditahan dengan perkara korban Henry Dumanter.
“Jadi jelas ya, Nina ditahan kasus korban Dumanter bukan pelapor Afnir. Dan keduanya masih lanjut perkaranya,” ucapnya.
Di Polda Sumut, tersangka Ninawati ada dilaporkan oleh para korbannya sebanyak 6 Laporan Polisi yang semuanya masih berproses.***
