Tim Penyidik Pidsus Kejatisu Terima Pengembalian Kerugian Negara  Rp3,7 M Lebih dari Dugaan Korupsi Smart AirPort Bandara Kualanamu

Tim penyidik Pidsus Kejatisu menerima pengembalian rerugian Negara  Rp3,7 M lebih dari dua tersangka dugaan korupsi Smart AirPort dan Smart Parking  Bandara Kualanamu, Senin (9/12).(ist).

 

 

 

MEDAN, INVOCAVIT. COM – Tim Penyidik Pidsus Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Utara menerima pengembalian uang dugaan korupsi sebesar Rp. 3.714.674.627, dari kasus dugaan korupsi Pengadaan Pekerjaan Troli Management System, Smart Airport, dan Smart Parking di Bandara Kualanamu yang dikelola PT Angkasa Pura (AP) II.

 

Dugaan korupsi itu diterima Kejatisu dari dua tersangka yakni, LD selaku Dirut PT. kusavrinda Jamadaya dan Y,ST selaku Dirut PT. Dinamika Utama Indonesia.

 

Kasie Penkum Kejatisu, Adre Wanda Ginting SH. MH  kepada wartawan mengatakan, kedua tersangka ditahan menyusul tiga tersangka yang sudah duluan ditahan.

 

Disebutkan Adre W Ginting, SH,MH, bahwa dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pada pekerjaan Smart AirPort Bandara Kualanamu Deli Serdang tahun 2017 sebesar Rp. 34.301.538.000, salah satu Sub Kontraktornya yaitu LD selaku Direktur Utama PT. Lusavrinda Jayamadya yang mengerjakan pekerjaan Smart AirPort dengan item pekerjaan persiapan, AOCC, Taxi Queuing, Digital Banner, Wall Display Domestic Meeting Room, Information Kiosk, Smart Survey, War Room.

“Total kegiatan yang di sub kan dengan nilai sebesar Rp.19.220.000.000 termasuk PPN, merupakan sub kon dari PT Angkasa Pura Solusi sebagai penyedia, yang di tunjuk oleh PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi tanpa ada persetujuan tertulis dari PT. Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu, Deli Serdang,” paparnya.

Lebih lanjut Adre menyampaikan bahwa pekerjaan tersebut termasuk pekerjaan utama, dari hasil temuan ahli perhitungan KAP ditemukan kerugian negara sebesar Rp. 3.714.674.627 dari keuntungan yang diterima oleh PT. Lusavrinda Jayamadya dan temuan dari Ahli IT Politeknik Medan (terkait software) yang dianggap tidak berhak menerimanya yang seharusnya masuk ke PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi.

“Karena dalam penawaran dan pembuatan Harga Perkiraan Sendiri atau OE (Owner Estimate) di temukan mark-up harga, dan terhadap kerugian negara tersebut sudah di kembalikan pada, Senin (9/12/2024) secara keseluruhan, dan uang pengembalian disetorkan ke Rekening Pemerintah Lainnya (RPL),” kata Adre W Ginting.***
