INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN – Akademi Universitas Sumatera Utara Roy Fachraby Ginting SH M.Kn memuji dan sikap dan tindakan Walikota Medan Bobby Nasution yang  meminta agar Dinas Perhubungan Kota Medan mampu menyediakan kantong-kantong parkir kendaraan, dalam menyelesaikan masalah parkir berlapis dan menertibkan oknum atau juru parkir liar di kota Medan.

” Kantong parkir tersebut bertujuan agar tidak ada parkir berlapis di jalan yang membuat kendaraan menumpuk dan menyebabkan kemacetan”, kata Roy Fachraby Ginting yang merupakan Dosen dan Staf Pengajar Ilmu Filsafat Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi USU ini.

 

Roy Fachrabu mengingatkan Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Pemko Medan yang telah membuat Walikota Medan Bobby Nasution  Marah-marah Kepada Juru Parkir Liar di Medan, agar ditindak lanjuti dengan penertiban dan jangan sampai Walikota Medan melakukan pencopotan jabatan karena tidak mampu melaksanakan tugas untuk kenyamanan masyarakat, kata Roy Fachraby Ginting.

“Parkir berlapis dan juru parkir liar akan hilang jika Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Pemko Medan mampu mengatasi parkir berlapis ini dengan baik, menertibkan juru parkir liar dan pungutan liar di persimpangan jalan,” ungkapnya.

 

Saya yakin, kata Roy,  semua kebijakan Walikota Medan akan berjalan dengan baik, khususnya Dinas Perhubungan, yang kita harapkan dapat betul betul bisa menertibkan parkir berlapis yang memakan badan jalan di Seputaran Jln Jamin Ginting Padang Bulan, Jln Dokter Mansyur Medan atau sekitar USU, Jln Setia Budi Medan dan jalan jalan lain yang sudah sangat luar biasa macet di pagi hari dan sore hari dan hal ini sudah menjadi keluhan masyarakat.

 

Roy Fachraby juga mengimbau kepada petugas parkir maupun pemilik kendaraan agar saling memiliki pemahaman yang sama dan Petugas Dishub Pemko Medan juga harus mampu mengedukasi masyarakat dan mengingatkan agar pemilik kendaraan turut memiliki kesadaran dalam memarkirkan kendaraan mereka, sebab bila dilakukan secara asal asalan, maka bisa berakibat membuat kemacetan lalu lintas yang semakin parah kata Roy Fachraby yang juga Dosen dan Staff Pengajar Hukum Bisnis di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis USU ini.

“Tentunya kesadaran masyarakat juga perlu ditingkatkan, kalau mau membeli sesuatu di pinggir jalan hendaknya janganlah berhenti di depan toko dan lihat boleh tidak parkir di situ dan carilah tempat parkir yang diperbolehkan dan ini bentuk kesadaran kita bersama sebagai masyarakat yang taat hukum dan peraturan dan mari sama sama kita edukasi masyarakat untuk tertib dalam berlalu lintas,” pangkas Roy Fachraby Ginting.
