Terdakwa Aditya saat mendengar putusan hakim (ist)
INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN – Persidangan terhadap terdakwa Aditya Hasibuan anak eks anggota Polri AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan di Pengadilan Negeri Medan berakhir sudah,setelah Hakim diketuai Nelson Panjaitan memvonis Aditya 1 tahun 6 bulan penjara serta membayar restitusi Rp52,3 juta karena terbukti menganiaya dan merusak kaca spion Ken Admiral
Hukuman tersebut dibacakan Majelis hakim Nelson Panjaitan dihadapan Jaksa Rahmi Shafrina serta Penasihat Hukum terdakwa Aditya Hasibuan, Kamis.(31/8/2023).
“Menghukum terdakwa Aditya Hasibuan dengan pidana 1 tahun 6 bulan penjara,” kata Hakim, Nelson Panjaitan, saat membacakan putusan di PN Medan, Kamis (31/8/2023).
Selain hukuman badan, terdakwa Aditya juga dibebankan membayar restitusi Rp 52,3 juta. Apabila tidak dibayarkan maka ditambah masa kurungan 2 bulan. Atas putusan tersebut, terdakwa mengajukan pikir-pikir.
Diketahui, pada persidangan sebelumnya, Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Rahmi Shafrina menuntut terdakwa Aditiya 1 tahun 6 bulan penjara. Jaksa menilai, perbuatan terdakwa Aditya melanggar Pasal 351 ayat 1 (tentang penganiayaan) dan Pasal 406 ayat 1 (tentang pengerusakan).
Hal yang memberatkan, perbuatan terdakwa mengakibatkan luka dan rusaknya kaca spion milik Ken Admiral
“Yang meringankan, terdakwa belum pernah dihukum, bersikap sopan, mengaku, dan menyesal,” ucap Jaksa.
Diketahui, perkara ini berawal dari pesan soal wanita yang membuat Aditya emosi.
Pada 21 Desember 2022 sekitar pukul 22.00 WIB, Aditya menghentikan mobil Ken Admiral yang sedang berada di SPBU, Jalan Ringroad, Kota Medan, dan memukul Ken sebanyak tiga kali.
Ken Admiral mengalami luka yang sudah dijahit pada pelipis kiri sebanyak empat jahitan.
Pada bawah mata kira dengan panjang 4 cm lebar 0,6 cm dijumpai pada kelopak mata kanan. Pada leher kiri bagian depan dengan panjang 8 cm lebar 6 cm
Selanjutnya, 22 Desember 2022 sekitar pukul 02.30 WIB, Ken bersama temannya mendatangi rumah Aditya di Jalan Karya, Kecamatan Medan Helvetia, untuk menanyakan kasus pemukulan serta perusakan terhadap mobil korban. Saat itulah, terjadi penganiayaan sebagaimana video viral . ( pung).
