“Dari 532 anak yang mengalami stunting setelah diluncurkannya aplikasi “PASTI” ini sejak dua bulan lalu angka stunting turun 5 persen,” kata Kapolres Labuhanbatu, AKBP James Hutajulu, saat ditemui di Mapoldasu, Senin (2/10).
Ia mengungkapkan, program aplikasi “PASTI” merupakan inovasi strategi pemolisian 4.0 dalam pencegahan dan antisipasi stunting serta problem solving dengan konsep berbasis digital.
“Aplikasi PASTI Polres Labuhanbatu merupakan aplikasi berbasis android yang memudahkan Tim Terpadu Penanganan Stunting untuk mengetahui perkembangan kesehatan anak per minggu, asupan vitamin dan tambahan makanan bergizi yang telah diberikan,” ungkapnya.
“Serta dapat secara langsung melakukan video call dengan anak stunting untuk mengetahui secara langsung perkembangan anak tersebut,” tambah mantan Kasubdit Tipikor Dit Reskrimsus Polda Sumut tersebut.
James menuturkan, percepatan dan antisipasi stunting dilakukan dengan mengoptimalkan serta mengubah metode dari bersifat menunggu “pasif” menjadi sistem “door to door” atau proaktif mengunjungi anak stunting serta dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk membantu pendataan, pencatatan, pengolahan informasi serta tindakan percepatan yang harus dilakukan.
“Sedangkan inovasi problem solving dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi PASTI Polres Labuhanbatu merupakan tindak lanjut dari upaya Polri dalam mendukung program prioritas pemerintah serta program quick wins presisi Kapolri dan program kita Kapolda Sumut, menuju transformasi Polri yang presisi semakin dicintai masyarakat,” tuturnya.
“Berdasarkan data per Juli 2023, jumlah anak stunting di Kabupaten Labura sebanyak 338 anak dan di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu sebanyak 194 anak. Hal inilah yang menjadi latar belakang dan urgensi perlunya percepatan dalam penanganan stunting melalui suatu inovasi problem solving dengan penerapan strategi pemolisian 4.0.
