MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Seorang residivis spesialis curas (pencurian dengan kekerasan) dan curat (pencurian dengan pemberatan) diberikan tindakan tegas dan terukur oleh personel Reskrim Polsek Medan Tembung, Polrestabes Medan.
Padahal pria berinisial AP alias A (36) warga Jalan Pukat Banting, Kelurahan Bantan Timur, Kecamatan Medan Tembung ini baru keluar dari penjara.
Kapolrestabes Medan Kombes Pol Gidion Arif Setyawan mengatakan, AP alias A ditangkap setelah melakukan tindak pidana pencurian modus bongkar rumah di Jalan Sepakat Gang Kucing Anggora, dan merampas HP warga di Jalan Pukat 1 Gang Mandiling, Kelurahan Bantan Timur, Kecamatan Medan Tembung.
“Tersangka ditangkap di Jalan Sempurna, Desa Sambirejo Timur, Kecamatan Percut Seituan, Kamis (20/3/2025) sekira pukul 11.00 WIB. Namun saat dilakukan pengembangan, tersangka berusaha melakukan perlawanan sehingga dilakukan Tindakan tegas,” kata Gidion.
Dari penangkapan itu, sambung Gidion, pihaknya menyita barang bukti satu topi bulat warna hitam, satu potong kaos punting warna biru dongker, sepasang sendal swallow, dan satu potong celana hitam.
Kronologi Penangkapan
Pada Kamis (20/3/2025) sekira pukul 11.00 WIB, Tim Opsnal Unit Reskrim Polsek Medan Tembung dipimpin langsung Kanit Reskrimnya Iptu Parulian Sitanggang, dan Panit Luar Ipda Muhamad Indra Bakti menerima informasi tentang keberadaan tersangka sedang berada di Jalan Sempurna, Desa Sambirejo Timur, Kecamatan Percut Seituan.
Mendapat informasi tersebut, tim opsnal langsung menuju ke lokasi. Sesampainya di lokasi, tim langsung mengamankan dan membawa tersangka ke Mapolsek Medan Tembung.
“Hasil interogasi terhadap pelaku bahwa benar ia merupakan pelaku pencurian di beberapa tempat di wilayah hukum Polsek Medan Tembung. Selanjutnya atas hasil interogasi, tim langsung melakukan pengembangan mencari pelaku lainnya dan barang bukti,” papar Gidion.
Namun saat dalam perjalanan tersangka AP alias A melakukan perlawanan sehingga Tim Opsnal Polsek Medan Tembung memberikan tindakan tembakan terukur kepada kaki kanan tersangka. Selanjutnya, tersangka dibawa ke RS Bhayangkara untuk diobati.
Usai diobati, tersangka berikut barang bukti diserahkan kepada penyidik dalam keadaan sehat guna proses lebih lanjut.***
