Belawan, INVOCAVIT.COM: Aksi begal di wilayah hukum Polres Pelabuhan Belawan semakin meningkat dan bertindak sadis. Sasaran para begal bukan lagi hanya pengendara sepeda motor tapi sudah menyasar penumpang angkutan kota (Angkot).
Seperti halnya yang dialami seorang pemuda asal Medan Marelan, M Rafsan Jani Nasution (21), menjadi korban penikaman oleh tiga orang tak dikenal (OTK) saat berada di dalam angkot sepulang bekerja. Peristiwa itu terjadi, Sabtu (15/11/2025) sekitar pukul 20.00 WIB. Atas kejadian tersebut, pihak keluarga telah membuat laporan polisi ke Polsek Belawan.
Ayah korban, Zoni, menceritakan kepada wartawan, Rabu (19/11/2025), bahwa anaknya baru pulang kerja dari salah satu gudang di kawasan Gabion Belawan.
Saat menaiki angkot menuju Belawan, tiba–tiba dua sepeda motor yang berboncengan memepet kendaraan tersebut tepat di dekat Sekolah Hang Tuah Belawan.
Tiga pelaku kemudian naik dan langsung menodongkan pisau ke korban. Mereka juga memecahkan kaca samping angkot, menyebabkan pecahan kaca mengenai wajah Rafsan hingga terluka. Akibatnya, selain korban mengalami luka, sopir angkot juga mengalami kerugian karena kaca kendaraannya pecah.
Setelah kejadian, korban menjalani visum di rumah sakit sebelum melaporkan kasus tersebut ke kepolisian.
Aksi kriminal ini membuat orang tua korban geram. Mereka mendesak pihak kepolisian segera menangkap para pelaku, yang menurut keterangan korban, sudah dikenal identitasnya. **
