Direktur Reskrimum Polda Sumut Kombes Pol Tatan Dirsan Atmaja melalui Kabid Humas Kombes Pol Hadi Wahyudi membenarkan kalau berkas perkara kasus tersebut sudah dinyatakan lengkap oleh pihak Kejaksaan Sumut.
“Iya, semua berkas tersangka termasuk Bupati Langkat non aktif Terbit Rencana Perangin-angin, sudah lengkap,” katanya, Selasa (21/6).
Dia menambahkan, pihak penyidik Ditreskrimum Polda Sumut terus berkoordinasi dengan Jaksa Penuntut Umum dalam kasus ini. Selanjutnya, penyidik segera melimpahkan kesembilan tersangka dan barang bukti ke pihak Kejaksaan.
“Secepat mungkin para tersangka dan barang bukti diserahkan ke Jaksa,” ujarnya.
Diketahui, penyidik Dit Reskrimum Polda Sumut telah menetapkan sembilan tersangka dalam kasus tewasnya penghuni kerangkeng milik Bupati Langkat nonaktif, Terbit Rencana Peranginangin yang diduga disebabkan karena penganiayaan.
Kesembilan orang yang telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka itu, yakni Bupati Langkat non aktif Terbit Rencana Perangin-angin, anak Bupati Langkat non aktif Dewa Perangin-angin, HS, IS, TS, RG, JS, HG dan SP. Sejumlah rangkaian telah dilakukan penyidik diantaranya gelar perkara. (jos)
