Didakwa Pasal 340 Yo Pasal 338 KUHP, Putri Candrawathi Dituntut 8 Tahun Penjara

Terdakwa Putri Chandrawathi.

INVOCAVIT.COM, JAKSEL- Terdakwa Putri Candrawathi dituntut oleh jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) dengan pidana penjara 8 tahun dalam perkara pembunuhan Brigadir Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadir J di rumah dinas Kompleks Polri Duren Tiga.

 

Hal tersebut disampaikan JPU di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan hari ini Rabu (18/1/2023) dalam meminta maaf Putri dengan agenda pembacaan tuntutan.

 

“Menjatuhkan pidana terhadap terdakwa Putri Candrawathi dengan penjara selama 8 tahun dipotong masa tahanan dengan perintah penahanan tetap ditahan,” ujar jaksa di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, Selasa (18/1/2023).

 

Dalam perkara tersebut, keterlibatan Putri Candrawathi terlibat bersama empat pelaku lainnya yakni Richard Eliezer alias Bharada E, Ricky Rizal, Kuat Ma’ruf, dan suaminya yakni Ferdy Sambo.

 

 

Dalam perkara tersebut, Putri Candrawathi didakwa melanggar Pasal 340 KUHP subsider Pasal 338 KUHP juncto Pasal 55 Ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP juncto Pasal 56 ke-1 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP).(mp).
