MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Kepala Dinas Kominfo Propinsi Sumatera Utara (Kadis Kominfo), Ilyas Sitorus yang akrab disapa Incek, akhirnya ditetapkan menjadi tersangka oleh Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kabupaten Batubara dalam kasus dugaan korupsi Rp.1,8 milyar di Dinas Pendidikan Batubara TA 2021.
” Benar, mantan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Batubara itu, yang kini sebagai Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) Provsu, Ilyas Sitorus sudah berstatus tersangka kasus korupsi,” kata Kepala Kejari melalui Kasi Intel Oppon Siregar, Rabu (26/03/2025).
Menurutnya, yang bersangkutan telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus korupsi di Dinas Pendidikan Batubara tahun anggaran 2021.
” Penetapan tersangka dalam perkara korupsi pengadaan software perpustakaan digital dan media pembelajaran di Dinas Pendidikan Batubara pada tahun anggaran 2021,” jelasnya.
Ilyas, katanya, saat itu bertindak sebagai pejabat Kuasa Penguna Anggaran (KPA) sebagai Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Batu Bara pada Tahun 2021.
” Bertindak sebagai kepala dinas pendidikan waktu itu sebelum bertugas sebagai Kepala Dinas Kominfo Sumut,” sebutnya.
Dari penghitungan saksi ahli dalam kegiatan pengadaan software perpustakaan digital dan media pembelajaran SD dan SMP di dinas pendidikan Kabupaten Batu Bara ditemukan kerugian keuangan negara sebesar Rp 1,8 miliar.
Dia juga mengatakan bahwa yang bersangkutan telah dipanggil dua kali berturut-turut, namun masih mangkir alias tidak berhadir mendatangi panggilan tersebut.
” Yang bersangkutan sebenarnya sudah dipanggil secara patut sebanyak dua kali namun panggilan
tersebut tidak dihadiri sehingga penyidik menetapkannya sebagai tersangka dan perbuatannya,” imbuhnya.
Pihaknya juga menetapkan tersangka telah melanggar pasal 2 Ayat (1) jo pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHPidana jo pasal 18 subs pasal 3 jo pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHPidana jo pasal 18 UU RI No 20/2001 Tentang Perubahan atas UU RI No 31/1999 Tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. ” Kini statusnya sudah jadi tersangka atas tindakan korupsi,” tegasnya.
Pada bagian lain, selaku Kepala Dinas Kominfo Pemprov Sumut Ilyas Sitorus dikabarkan telah mengundurkan diri dari jabatan. Informasi diperoleh, bahwa pengunduran dirinya sejak, Senin kemarin (24/03/2025). Pengunduran diri dilakukan diduga setelah dirinya ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh Kejari Batubara.
