Jasad korban yang terbakar dan Muspika Sibolangit saat mengecek lokasi kebakaran.(Maiting).
SIBOLANGIT, INVOCAVIT.COM – Dua  rumah semi permanen di Dsn III Desa Buluh Awar, Kec. Sibolangit, Kab. Deli Serdang terbakar, Rabu (7/8) sekira pukul 03.00 WIB. Akibatnya seorang penghuni rumah yang merupakan penyandang disabilitas tewas terpanggang.
Data yang diterima dari kepolisian, dinihari itu warga sekitar lokasi melihat ada kepulan asap disertai kobaran api dari kediaman milik Gansioma Tarigan (47) dan rumah milik Lisa Sembiring.
 Seketika itu juga warga yang melihat kejadian ini langsung berteriak kebakaran sembari memanggil warga lainnya dan Kepala Desa Buluh Awar.
Tak lama kemudian, ratusan warga Desa Buluh Awar berusaha memadamkan kobaran api, namun karena sebagian besar dinding rumah korban terbuat dari papan, kobaran pun dengan cepat membesar.
 Api akhirnya berhasil “dijinakkan” setelah dua unit pemadam kebakaran dari  Cagar Alam Sibolangit diturunkan ke lokasi kejadian sekira pukul 05.00 WIB.
Namun naas, karena kondisinya yang lemah dan penyandang disabilitas, Gansioma Tarigan yang selama ini memang hidup sebatang kara itu tak bisa menyelamatkan diri dan tewas dalam kondisi terpanggang. Sementara rumah milik Lisa Sembiring hanya mengalami kerusakan ringan.
Petugas Polsek Pancur Batu dipimpin langsung Kapolsek AKP Dr. Krisnat Napitupulu, SE, MH bersama Camat Sibolangit Hesron T. Girsang, Ap, Masi, Danramil Sibolangit Kapten Inf. Aris turun ke lokasi kejadian.

“Dalam peristiwa itu, seorang penghuni rumah yang merupakan penyandang disabilitas meninggal dunia, dan langsung dievakuasi ke Puskesmas Sibolangit.  Untuk keperluan penyidikan, di sekitar kediaman korban dipasang line police (garis polisi). (tg).
