Warga Jalan Rela, Gang Dame, Kelurahan Sidorejo, Kecamatan Medan Tembung, Kota Medan ini berupaya melakukan perlawanan saat akan diamankan dari salah satu warung internet, di Jalan Taduan, Kelurahan Sidorejo, Kecamatan Medan Tembung pada Senin (8/5/2023).
“Pelaku diberikan tindakan tegas terukur ke kakinya, karena berusaha lari dan melawan petugas sewaktu akan dilakukan pengembangan untuk mencari teman pelaku dan barang bukti hasil kejahatannya,” kata Kanit Reskrim Polsek Percut Seituan, Iptu Japri Simamora, Selasa (9/5/2023).
Japri mengatakan, pihaknya masih memburu teman-teman pelaku.
“Pelaku kerap beraksi berdua dengan temannya dengan panggilan Ary. Barang kejahatan dijual kepada Anto,” kata Japri menambahkan kalau tersangka sudah pernah masuk penjara tahun 2018 dalam kasus pencurian kekerasan.
Mantan Kanit Reskrim Polsek Percut Sei Tuan itu mengatakan, dari hasil penyelidikan yang dilakukan ada belasan kali tersangka melakukan aksi perampokan.
“Belasan kali Herman Permana Simanjuntak melakukan kejahatan,” ujar Jafri menyebut daftar dosa pelaku:
1. Pada April 2023 di masjid Jalan Tuasan pelaku mencuri sepeda motor Honda Vario Hitam.
2. Pada Maret 2023 pukul 17.00 WIB di New Cafe Aceh Jalan Ambai pelaku mencuri Honda Beat Street.
3. Pada 31 Oktober 2023 di Jalan Tombak, pelaku mencuri Honda Beat Street hitam.
4. Pada Februari 2023 pukul 04.00 WIB di Jalan Sering, Gang Tempuling, pelaku menggasak laptop dan dua buah HP merk Vivo.
5. Pada Februari 2023 di Jalan Sering, Gang Umar, pelaku menggasak dua buah laptop dan satu buah HP merk Oppo.
6. Pada Februari 2023 pukul 04.30 WIB di Jalan Sering Gang Kecil, pelaku mencuri satu unit motor jenis Sonic.
7. Pada Desember 2022 pukul 02.00 WIB di Jalan Perjuangan/Simp Jalan Tempuling, pelaku mengambil motor Honda Beat warna hitam.
8. Pada Januari 2023 pukul 07.00 WIB di Jalan Perjuangan/simp Jalan Tempuling, pelaku mengambil laptop, satu buah HP merk Iphone dan satu HP Samsung.
9. Pada Desember 2022 pukul 05.30 WIB di Jalan Perjuangan dekat Simpang Jalan Pancing, pelaku menggasak dua unit HP merk Samsung dan Oppo, serta satu dompet berisi uang Rp 150 ribu.
10. Pada Januari 2023 pukul 17.00 WIB di Jalan Meterologi, pelaku menggasak motor Honda Scoopy warna cokelat.
11. Pada 3 Mei 2023 pukul 02.00 WIB di Jalan Taduan, pelaku mengambil HP merk Oppo, satu laptop merk Acer dan dompet berisi uang Rp 170 ribu.
12. Pada 26 April 2023 pukul 03.00 WIB di Jalan Taud, pelaku menggasak dua unit HP merk Vivo.
13. Pada April 2023 pukul 03.00 WIB di Jalan Perjuangan, pelaku menggasak satu unit laptop merk Accer dan satu unit HP merk Vivo.
14. Pada 19 April 2023 pukul 03.00 WIB di Jalan Taud, pelaku menggasak HP merk Vivo.(jos).
