BATUBARA, INVOCAVIT.COM – Kejaksaan Negeri Batu Bara menahan Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kadis Kominfo) Sumatera Utara, Ilyas Sitorus, terkait kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan software perpustakaan digital di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Batu Bara.
Proyek TA 2021 itu terjadi ketika Illyas Sitorus menjabat Kepala Dinas Pendidikan (Kadisdik) Kab Batubara, kerugian negara sebesar Rp 1,8 miliar.
” Kejaksaan Batubara telah melakukan penahanan terhadap Ilyas Sitorus,” ujar Kepala Seksi Intelijen Kejari Batubara, Oppon Beslin Siregar, dalam keterangan persnya, Jumat (11/4).
Ilyas ditahan selama 20 hari ke depan di Rumah Tahanan (Rutan) Tanjung Gusta, Medan.
Oppon mengkronologiskan, kasus bermula saat Ilyas masih menjabat sebagai Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Batu Bara pada tahun 2021. Ia bertanggung jawab atas proyek pengadaan software perpustakaan digital dan media pembelajaran untuk tingkat SD dan SMP.
“Bahwa Ilyas Sitorus dalam kegiatan (proyek) dimaksud bertindak sebagai KPA/Pejabat Pembuatan Komitmen (PPK),” kata Oppo.
“Berdasarkan penghitungan ahli dalam kegiatan (proyek tersebut), ditemukan kerugian keuangan negara sebesar Rp 1,8 miliar,” ujarnya.
Oppon menyebut pihaknya telah mengantongi dua alat bukti yang cukup.
“Dalam perbuatannya, Ilyas melanggar Pasal 2 Ayat (1) jo Pasal 55 Ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP, serta Pasal 18 Subs Pasal 3 Jo Pasal 55 Ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP Jo Pasal 18 UU RI No. 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan atas UU Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi,” jelas Oppon.***
