BATUBARA, INVOCAVIT.COM: Tim Penyidik Tindak Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Sumatera Utara menggeledah sejumlah ruangan di Kantor PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (INALUM) yang berlokasi di Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Kuala Tanjung, Kabupaten Batubara, Kamis (13/11).
Penggeledahan dilakukan untuk mencari bukti tambahan dalam kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi (Tipikor) penjualan aluminium tahun 2019 kepada PT PASU Tbk.
PLH Kasi Penerangan Hukum Kejati Sumut, Indra Ahmadi Hasibuan mengakui penggeledahan Kantor PT Inalum di Kuala Tanjung, Kab Batubara. Dia mengatakan bahwa penggeledahan berlangsung sejak pukul 10.30 WIB hingga pukul 16.00 WIB.
Dalam penggeledahan tersebut, tim penyidik menyasar sejumlah ruangan strategis di gedung kantor PT INALUM. Ruangan yang digeledah meliputi yakni Ruangan Direktur Keuangan, Ruangan Direktur Layanan Strategis, Ruangan Direktur Produksi, Ruangan Direktur Pelaksana, Ruangan Pengembangan Bisnis, Ruangan Direktur Human Capital, Ruangan Kepala Departemen Logistik atau Pengadaan dan Ruangan penyimpanan arsip.
“Penggeledahan ini dilakukan berdasarkan Surat Persetujuan atau Penetapan Izin Geledah dari Pengadilan Negeri Medan Nomor 14/Pen.Pid.Sus.TPK-GLD/2025/Pn.Mdn,” kata Indra dalam keterangan tertulis.
Indra Ahmadi Hasibuan menjelaskan bahwa lokasi dan ruangan yang digeledah diduga masih menyimpan bukti-bukti pendukung, terutama surat dan dokumen proses penjualan sejak perencanaan hingga pembayaran hasil penjualan produk aluminium tersebut dilakukan.
“Dari kegiatan tersebut, tim penyidik berhasil mengamankan beberapa dokumen penting, antara lain: surat pengiriman atau penjualan barang berupa aluminium oleh PT INALUM kepada pihak swasta (PT PASU), laporan keuangan, serta dokumen lainnya yang diduga sangat terkait dengan tindak pidana yang sedang disidik,” terangnya.
Kejati Sumut berharap penggeledahan ini dapat menyempurnakan alat bukti yang dibutuhkan sehingga penanganan dugaan tindak pidana korupsi penjualan aluminium PT INALUM pada tahun 2019 ini menjadi semakin terang benderang.***
