MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Pebalap terbaik binaan Astra Honda Racing Team (AHRT) siap pertahankan gelar juara Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) kelas AP250 sekaligus merebut kembali gelar juara SS600 yang pernah diraih di 2022.
Pada putaran perdana yang dihelat di Chang International Circuit, Buriram, Thailand, dominasi juara kelas AP250 siap dipertahankan oleh Herjun Atna Firdaus dan Kiandra Ramadhipa bersama CBR250RR.
Sementara itu, Adenanta Putra, Rheza Danica Ahrens, dan Veda Ega Pratama akan memacu CBR600R demi memperebutkan gelar terbaik di kelas SS600.
Para pebalap muda kebanggaan Indonesia ini akan melanjutkan prestasi gemilang pebalap AHRT pada musim lalu yang berhasil menguasai tiga posisi teratas AP250. Bersama performa terbaik CBR250RR yang telah terbukti 5 kali membawa AHRT juara team di ARRC, tahun ini Herjun akan kembali berburu gelar juara AP250 bersama Kiandra Ramadhipa yang terjun perdana di kelas ini.
Ramadhipa merupakan murid terbaik Astra Honda Racing School 2022 dan memiliki pengalaman balap di Thailand Talent Cup, sekaligus meraih kemenangan fantastis di race 2 pembukaan Asia Talent Cup 2024 di Qatar akhir pekan lalu, Minggu (10/3). Musim ini merupakan tahun keenam (AP250) dan kesembilan (SS600) secara beruntun bagi Astra Honda Racing Team.
“Pada tahun pertama bersaing di AP250, saya akan berusaha untuk lebih fokus dalam belajar dan mendapatkan ilmu sebanyak-banyaknya. Semoga semuanya berjalan dengan baik dan saya bisa cepat meraih hasil maksimal pada kelas bergengsi di ARRC ini,” ujar Ramadhipa.
General Manager Marketing Planning and Analysis AHM Andy Wijaya mengungkapkan, dengan semangat Satu Hati Raih Impian, Astra Honda Racing Team siap kembali mengukuhkan kejayaan di Asia Road Racing Championship 2024 pada putaran perdana di lintasan Chang International Circuit, Thailand.
Pihaknya optimis kerjasama tim yang baik dapat memberikan hasil yang positif dan membanggakan untuk Indonesia.
Sementara itu, Gunarko Hartoyo, Corporate and Marketing Communication Manager PT Indako Trading Coy selaku main dealer Honda di wilayah Sumatera Utara, dengan semangat Satu Hati mengungkapkan, sangat mendukung komitmen AHRT dalam membidik kemenangan diharapkan dapat melanjutkan kejayaan Indonesia pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya melalui perjuangan, ketangguhan, dan performa membanggakan yang menginspirasi pecinta balap Tanah Air.
Di kelas SS600, Adenanta akan berusaha meningkatkan performa balapnya dan berjuang untuk bersaing di grup depan. Rheza yang kembali naik di kelas ini siap untuk beradaptasi dengan cepat dan Veda akan menjadi pebalap ketiga yang mewakili tim di kelas ini. Pebalap asal Gunung Kidul ini menjadi juara Asia Talent Cup dan berada di urutan ketiga klasemen akhir AP250 pada ARRC musim lalu.
“Saya sudah mendapatkan impresi balap 600cc di kejuaraan nasional beberapa waktu kemarin. Saya akan coba untuk menikmati balapan dan mendapatkan kemajuan pada kemampuan saya di arena balap,” ujar Veda.
Musim ini akan dimulai pada sirkuit yang juga menjadi penutup musim lalu, dimana para pebalap Astra Honda berhasil naik podium, sekaligus menjadi saksi ketika Rheza menjuarai dua balapan pembuka ARRC 2023. Dua race pembuka musim ini akan digelar Sabtu (16/3) dan Minggu (17/3), masing-masing pukul 14:00 WIB untuk AP250 dan 14:50 WIB untuk SS600. (rel)
