TANJUNGBALAI, INVOCAVIT.COM –Lembaga GEMMAKO Asahan Sumut RI dan PERMASI Asahan Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) dengan Komisi A DPRD Kabupaten Asahan, pada 4 Februari 2025.
RDP dilakukan menindaklanjuti laporan terkait Klinik Pratama Nusantara Medika yang berada di Jalan Dusun 4 Desa Pulau Maria Kecamatan Teluk Dalam Kabupaten Asahan, tidak memiliki izin sesuai dengan laporan DPP LSM GEMMAKO ASAHAN SUMUT RI Nomor : 139/GEMMAKO/AS/SU/RI/III/2025 pada 24 Februari 2025.
Dalam RDP oleh Komisi A atasnama Azmi Hardiansyah, Mansyur dan Rekan puluhan pertanyaan dilontarkan kepada perwakilan -perwakilan ke pihak Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan tidak bisa di jawab oleh mereka. Pihak Dinas Kesehatan menjelaskan bahwa ijin klinik Pratama Nusantara Medika belum ada ijin resmi/sah dari Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia namun secara online sudah mendaftarkan akan tetapi kelengkapan berkas belum lengkap dan pihak dari Wahyuni Camat sekaligus PLT Kepala Desa Pulau Maria di dampingi Sekdes menyampaikan tidak ada pemberitahuan atau ijin/domisili atau IMB ke kantor Desa terkesan Bar-Bar belum ada ijin Klinik Pratama Nusantara Medika sudah berani beroperasi diduga 2 bulan lebih buka setiap hari pada pukul 15:00 Wib sampai 21:00 Wib terkait Masalah limbah pusat pengangkut bahan limbah berada di Bekasi diduga naik helikopter ngangkut bahan limbah tersebut.
Dijelaskan, Dodi Antoni Ketua Umum Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat Gerakan Masyarakat dan Mahasiswa Anti Korupsi (GEMMAKO ASAHAN SUMUT RI) dan M Seto Lubis Ketua Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Persatuan Mahasiswa Seluruh Indonesia (DPP PERMASI) Kabupaten Asahan mengatakan dengan senada. Kami sangat kecewa berat atas sikap dari pihak Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan dimana dalam penindakan dibidang kesehatan dianggap sepele tidak hadirnya si Harry Sapna Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Asahan padahal efek samping dari pengobatan yang tidak secara resmi beroperasi dapat mengakibatkan hal fatal bagi masyarakat.
” Menurut saya dimulai dari Kepala Dinas, Sekretaris dan Bendahara Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan adalah taik, bobrok dalam sistem pelayanan masyarakat, lembaga dan awak media diduga Sekretaris Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan memblokir HP/WA Lembaga saat dikonfirmasi, pesan saya kepada sekretaris jika anda alergi atau benci dengan kritikan bagus anda mundur saja jadi pejabat atau mati aja sekalian,” ucapnya dengan nada geram.
Lanjutnya, “Kami masih menghargai anggota DPRD Kabupaten Asahan untuk melakukan RDP Kedua jika tidak dapat hadir pemilik klinnik yang sebenarnya maka kami akan melakukan aksi unjuk rasa besar -besaran di Kantor Dinas Kesehatan dan Kantor Bupati Asahan agar mencopot Harry Sapna selaku Kepala Dinas yang tak layak menjadi seorang pejabat pemerintah di kabupaten Asahan kemudian meminta kepada Kapolres Asahan untuk menangkap langsung keterlibatan pihak Klinik Pratama Nusantara Medika yang diduga secara hukum banyak melanggar perbuatan pidana.”, ungkapnya.
Ditambahkannya, Kepada seluruh masyarakat terkhusus wilayah Desa Pulau Maria dihimbau untuk tidak berobat di klinik Pratama Nusantara Medika karena belum ada ijin yang resmi untuk menyatakan mereka untuk melakukan pengobatan bukan apa-apa lagi musimnya malpraktek dan hal negatif lainnya di tahun 2025 tentang kesehatan jadi kalian harus hindari dan pastikan anda tidak menjadi korban selanjutnya,” pungkasnya.

Untuk Harry Sapna Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan Nauzubillah Minzalik ini manusianya sering kami undang tidak pernah hadir sekalipun banyak permasalahan -permasalahan yang kami hadapi karena beliau. Sampai saat gabungan komisi dari A, B, C dan D DPRD Kabupaten Asahan untuk memverifikasi P3K kami merasa sudah di tipu dan dibohongi.

Persoalan di dinas kesehatan semuanya mau diselesaikan di Asahan ini kali dia gak mau datang di undang RDP jangan mau jadi Kadis bila perlu keluar dari Asahan, tolong sampaikan ibuk dan bapak sebagai perwakilan dinkes ke dia”, katanya.
Lanjutnya, Saya disini 5 priode menjabat jadi anggota DPR banyak yang saya sudah jumpai Kadis -Kadis di Asahan yang paling bandel Kadis Kesehatan dipikir dia saya main -main bakal saya kejar dia sampai kapanpun , Dan terkait masalah persoalan rumah sakit atau klinik mulai dari Aek Ledong sampai kemana pun wilayah asahan pada tahun 2023 itu sudah mulai terbit, pesan saya terakhir kepada pihak dinkes, camat, kades sebelum hadir RDP kedua pihak pemilik Klinik Pratama Nusantara Medika saya harap untuk membuat himbauan kepada mereka selama belum ada ijin yang sah tidak boleh ada kegiatan atau aktivitas pengobatan di klinik tersebut”, pungkasnya.
