Medan, INVOCAVIT.COM: Subdit Jahtaras Ditreskrimum Polda Sumut mengungkap sindikat penggelapan sepeda motor beserta gudang penyimpanan kenderaan hasil kejahatan di Jalan Perjuangan Jermal 15, Kec Percut Sei Tuan.
Dari pengungkapan itu, petugas mengamankan 4 orang tersangka yang berperan sebagai pelaku penggelapan, penadah serta perantara. Dari para tersangka disita barang bukti, 1 Unit Sp. Motor Vario Warna Hitam BK 1202 ALY milik Korban, 4 Unit Sp. motor tanpa dokumen lengkap dan diduga merupakan hasil pembelian dari Pelaku Curanmor / penggelapan dan 1 Unit Hp Andorid.

Ke empat tersangka yakni, Gurmit Singh alias Ringku (49) warga Jl. Karya Amal No.19 Medan,Pangkalan Mansur, Kota Medan, sebagai pelaku utama, Surianto Hutabarat selaku penadah, Muhammad Arif alis Arif (43) warga Jl. Keramat Indah Jermal 15 selaku perantara yang menggadaikan sepeda motor.

Kemudian, Rudi Hartono Hutabarat (49) warga Jl. Perjuangan Jermal 15 Kec. Percut Sei Tuan Kab. Deli Serdang yang berperan sebagai penampung sepeda motor hasil kejahatan.
Dirreskrimum Poldasu Kombes Ricko Taruna Mauruh mengatakan, pengungkapan kasus pengelapan sepeda motor itu berawal dari laporan polisi Nomor : LP / B / 409 / VIII / 2025 / SPKT / Polsek Medan Helvetua/Polrestabes Medan/Polda Sumut tanggal 7 Agustus 2025, oleh korban, Jas Want Singh als Potek (57) warga Jl. Kapten Muslim Griya Sport No. 93 A Kel. Helvetia Timur Kec. Medan Helvetia.
“Kasus itu berawal Minggu tanggal 03 Agustus 2025 pukul 16.00 WIB, di Jl. Kapten Muslim Griya Sport No. 93 A Kel. Helvetia Timur Kec. Medan Helvetia. Dimana tersangka Gurmit Singh alias Ringku mendatangi toko GRIYA SPORT milik korban namun tidak menemukan korban sehingga pelaku meminta kepada karyawan toko korban Elman Jaya Bulele untuk meminjam sepeda motor Vario dengan alasan untuk pergi mengambil uang untuk membeli Hp namun sepeda motor Vario 160 itu digadaikan tersangka ke Jermal 15,” jelas Kombes Ricko didampingi Kabid Humas Kombes Ferry Walintukan dan Kasubdit Jahtanras Kompol Jama Kita Purba, Minggu (10/8).

Kombes Ricko Taruna menjelaskan, setelah meminjam sepeda motor itu, lalu tersangka pergi ke Tg.Morawa ke rumah paman untuk meminjam uang sebesar Rp.3.000.000. Namun, tersangka juga tidak menjumpai pamannya tersebut.
“Setelah itu pelaku menuju Jermal 15 untuk menjumpai tersangka Arif untuk menggadaikan Sp.Motor Vario Hitam 160 cc sebesar Rp.3.200.000,” tambahnya.

“Awalnya, kita menangkap Gurmit Singh alias Rinku dirumahnya Jl.Karya Amal, Kel Pangkjalan Mansyur, Kec Medan Johor. Berdasarkan pengakuannya lalu mengamankan Muhammad Arif lalu Surianto Hutabarat alias Agung alias Hutabarat dan Rudi Hartono Hutabarat. Dari Tersangka Rudi Hartono Hutabarat ini disita 4 unit sepeda motor diduga hasil kejahatan,” pungkas Dirreskrimum.(jos).
