Untuk memutus mata rantai peredaran narkoba, Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polres Labuhanbatu Selatan (Labusel) melakukan Gerebek Kampung Narkoba (GKN), Jumat (17/11/2023) petang.
Dari lokasi Jalan Kampung Baru III, Lingkungan Kampung Baru III, Kelurahan Kotapinang, Kecamatan Kotapinang, Labusel itu diringkus seorang terduga pengedar sabu-sabu dan sejumlah barang bukti.
“Kita menindaklanjuti informasi masyarakat yang resah menyebut di Kampung Baru III sering terjadi praktik narkoba,” kata Kapolres Labusel, AKBP Maringan Simanjuntak didampingi Kasi Humas, AKP S Gurusinga, Sabtu (18/11/2023).
Dijelaskannya, tersangka yang diamankan berinisial MSP (34), warga Gang 45 Lingkungan Kalapane, Kabupaten Labusel.
“Saat itu, tersangka diduga hendak melakukan transaksi narkoba, sehingga dilakukan penggerebekan dan penggeladahan,” sebutnya.
Dari tersangka disita barang bukti sabu 2,56 gram, 5 plastik plastik diduga berisi narkotika jenis sabu 2 bungkus plastik klip kosong, 1 bungkus pipet kecil, 1 pipet berbentuk skop, 1 jarum suntik, 2 unit handphone (HP) dan uang tunai Rp 645.000.
Guna proses penyidikan dan pengembangan selanjutnya, tersangka dan barang bukti diamankan ke Satres Narkoba Polres Labusel.(red)
