Upacara kenaikan pangkat dipimpin Kapolda Sumut Irjen Pol Drs. R.Z. Panca Putra S, M.Si bertempat di Lapangan Mapolda Sumut, Sabtu (31/12/2022).
Turut hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Ketua PD Bhayangkari Sumut Ny. Rita Panca beserta pengurus, pejabat Utama Polda Sumut dan personel yang melaksanakan kenaikan pangkat beserta pendamping.
Ada 1.541 personel pada lingkungan Satker Polda Sumut dan Polres jajaran yang naik pangkat terdiri dari 448 personel Perwira Menengah, 73 personel Perwira Pertama, 1.072 personel Bintara, 1 personel Tamtama dan 21 personel PNS Polri
Kapolda Sumut mengucapkan selamat kepada personel yang naik pangkat setingkat lebih tinggi.
“Selamat atas kenaikan pangkatnya.
Tantangan kita sebagai Polri sangatlah berat maka dari itu saya berharap kita harus bersatu padu menjaga nama baik institusi Polri,” ujar Panca.
Panca menuturkan, upacara kenaikan pangkat ini juga menjadi momentum untuk lebih mampu dan lebih matang bertanggung jawab di dalam melaksanakan tugas sebagai anggota Polri.
“Kedepannya organisasi ini harus lebih baik dan lebih maju lagi dalam memberikan perlindungan, pelayanan, pengayoman kepada masyarakat. Tunjukkan kredibilitas dan pengabdian kita sebagai anggota Polri”, pungkas Panca.(jos).
