MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM –Dugaan penyalahgunaan wewenang kembali mencuat dari lingkungan Ditresnarkoba Polda Sumatera Utara. Kali ini, istri dari Rahmadi, Marlini Nasution seorang tersangka kasus narkotika yang disebut-sebut menjadi korban kriminalisasi, melaporkan hilangnya uang Rp11,2 juta dari rekening suaminya selama masa penahanan.
Laporan itu disampaikan ke Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polda Sumut pada Jumat, (22/8/2025).
Diwakili kuasa hukumnya, Suhandri Umar Tarigan, istri Rahmadi menuding personel Ditresnarkoba Polda Sumut berinisial IVTG, sebagai pihak yang bertanggung jawab atas raibnya dana tersebut.
IVTG juga merupakan personel yang meringkus Rahmadi di sebuah toko pakaian bersama atasannya, Kompol DK seperti terekam kamera pengawas yang viral di sejumlah platform media sosial awal Maret 2025 lalu.
“Uang itu bukan disita dalam proses penangkapan. Tapi ditransfer secara ilegal dari rekening Rahmadi melalui aplikasi M-banking setelah penyidik memaksa klien kami menyerahkan PIN saat ditahan,” ujar Suhandri didampingi timnya, Thomas Tarigan dan istri Rahmadi di halaman SPKT Polda Sumut, Jumat, (22/8/2025).
Lebih lanjut Suhandri menjelaskan, peristiwa itu terjadi saat Rahmadi menjalani masa penahanan di ruang penyidikan Ditresnarkoba.
Salah seorang penyidik disebut meminta secara paksa akses ke rekening pribadi Rahmadi, dengan dalih untuk keperluan penyelidikan.
“Tak lama setelah PIN diserahkan, tepatnya 10 Maret 2025, uang sebesar Rp11,2 juta hilang dari rekening tanpa sepengetahuan keluarga,” jelas Umar seraya menunjukkan Surat Tanda Penerimaan Laporan (STPL) Nomor : STTLP / B/ 1375 / 2025 / POLDA SUMATERA UTARA tanggal 22 Agustus 2025.
Bukan hanya menyoal dugaan pencurian, Umar juga menegaskan bahwa tidak ada satu pun dokumen resmi yang menjelaskan dasar pengambilan uang tersebut.
“Tidak ada berita acara penyitaan. Tidak ada surat perintah. Ini murni pencurian berkedok kewenangan,” tegas Umar.
Laporan ke SPKT kini sedang diproses. Tim kuasa hukum juga tengah menyiapkan langkah lanjutan untuk melaporkan kasus ini ke Divisi Propam Polri serta Komisi Kepolisian Nasional.
“Kami mendesak agar internal Polda Sumut tidak melindungi anggotanya yang menyalahgunakan jabatan,” pinta Umar.
Nada keberatan serupa disuarakan Thomas Tarigan. Ia menyesalkan penyitaan telepon seluler yang hingga kini tak pernah diikuti dengan laporan digital forensik.
Bahkan, Thomas menegaskan, sejak awal pihaknya khawatir penyitaan ponsel akan merugikan kliennya.
“Dan itu terbukti. Uang Rp11,2 juta lenyap saat klien kami tak lagi bisa mengakses ponselnya,” tegasnya.
Kasus yang menjerat Rahmadi sejak awal memang diselimuti tanda tanya.
Mulai dari dugaan penganiayaan hingga barang bukti diduga dialihkan polisi dari tersangka lain yang ditangkap dalam Waktu hampir bersamaan dengan Rahmadi.
