“Goal-nya (tujuannya) adalah untuk kemakmuran masyarakat,” kata Satika Simamora didampingi jajaran pengurus DPC PDIP Taput kepada wartawan, seusai menjalani tahapan wawancara di DPD PDI Perjuangan Sumut, Jalan Jamin Ginting Medan, Selasa (11/6/2024).
Dikatakan Satika, peraih penghargaan Upakarti dari Pemerintah Pusat itu, selama ini dirinya bersama Bupati Taput Nikson Nababan saat itu, sudah memupuk, membina serta mendampingi masyarakat.
Tujuannya agar masyarakat Taput bergerak dan berkemajuan. “Artinya mau dibawa kemana Taput ini ke depan adalah ke arah yang benar, dimana kita, Pak Nikson dan juga semua perangkat daerah sudah membentuk forma pembangunan secara matang,” jelas Satika.
Dari format pembangunan yang sudah ada, lanjut Satika, akan terus dikombinasikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat secara holistik. Artinya sentuhan pembangunan harus menyasar atas apa yang dibutuhkan masyarakat.
“Jadi pembangunan yang sudah berlangsung baik selama 10 tahun ini, tidak boleh terputus. Ini harus kami lakukan supaya nanti ada solusi bahwa kami khususnya di Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara ini bagaimana supaya keluarga itu sejahtera, keluarga itu makmur, bahagia, saya sebagai ibu, perempuan, hadir bagi masyarakat,” jelas Satika.
Begitu pun, jelas Satika, tidak saja soal tujuan realisasi program pembangunan. Namun esensinya juga adalah uang (APBD) harus dikelola dengan pendekatan kasih sayang, sehingga peruntukannya tepat dan dapat dinikmati masyarakat.
“Sekali lagi inilah yang kita lanjutkan dengan visi misi berdaya saing, berkarakter untuk memakmurkan, mensejahterakan masyarakat,” ujar Satika, yang juga dikenal pelopor pengembangan tenun ulos tersebut.
Selain ke PDIP, Satika Simamora telah mendaftar ke sejumlah partai lainnya untuk maju di Pilkada Taput 2024. Karenanya komunikasi politik ke partai lainnya terus diintensifkan.
“Yang pasti saya harus di rumah saya sendiri, ijin dan jika sudah diijinkan, kami akan ke partai lain juga untuk meminta dukungan mereka, untuk membangun Tapanuli Utara lebih baik dan lebih baik lagi,” ujarnya.
Bersama suaminya Nikson Nababan yang juga Ketua DPC PDIP Taput, Satika Simamora berkeinginan untuk membesarkan lagi PDIP di Taput. “Semuanya kita lakukan dengan cinta dan kasih sayang,” pungkas Satika, seraya optimis akan diusung PDIP sebagai Calon Bupati Taput. (kcu)
