INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN-Tiga perusahaan pialang diduga ilegal diadukan ke Polda Sumut, Rabu (9/11/2022) siang.
“Aparat penegak hukum diminta untuk segera melakukan penyelidikan dan menangkap para pelaku karena sudah meresahkan serta merugikan masyarakat,” kata Ketua DPP Garda Peduli Indonesia, Frisdarwin Arman Situngkir saat menyampaikan Pengaduan masyarakat (Dumas) kepada Kapolda Sumut, Irjen Pol RZ Panca Putra S c/q Direktur Reskrimsus melalui Sekretariat Umum (Setum).
Ketua DPP Garda Peduli Indonesia, Frisdarwin Arman Situngkir yang berkantor di Jalan Sipirok Medan menyebutkan, ketiga perusahaan pialang berkedok investasi robot trading yang diadukan itu adalah, PT REG/PT EGI, PT WGI dan PT HKI yang berada di Jakarta dan Medan.
Dumas itu dilakukan karena masih adanya investasi diduga bodong yang memakan korban. Dalam dumas itu disertakan sejumlah data untuk dasar penyelidikan pihak kepolisian.
“Kita membuat dumas untuk perusahaan dan personnya. Tujuannya agar dilakukan penegakan hukum dan tidak ada lagi masyarakat yang menjadi korban investasi bodong,” kata Frisdarwin di depan gedung Direktorat (Dit) Reskrimsus Polda Sumut.
Dia menduga, ketiga perusahaan pialang itu beroperasi secara ilegal dan tidak terdaftar di Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (BAPPEBTI) dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
Dari beberapa referensi yang didapatnya, apabila tidak tertera di BAPPEBTI dan OJK, itu sudah ilegal dan tidak boleh menarik dana langsung ke rekening perusahaan.
“Artinya, kalau itu (izin) tidak ada, pihak kepolisian sudah bisa menindaklanjutinya agar masyarakat itu tidak menjadi korban, hanya itu saja, sederhana aja,” ujarnya.
Dia berharap, warga masyarakat yang sudah bermain diduga investasi bodong komoditas forex untuk mau melaporkan kerugian yang sudah dialaminya.
