INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN-Sebanyak 37 PNS Pimpinan Tinggi Eselon IIA Pemko Medan mengikuti Assessment Job Fit Penilaian Kompetensi di Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), Senin (14/11).
Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKDPSDM) Kota Medan ini bertujuan untuk memetakan kompetensi PNS di lingkungan Pemko Medan.
Wali Kota Medan Bobby Nasution diwakil Sekda Wiriya Alrahman saat melakukan peninjauan mengatakan, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pemetaan bagaiman para pejabat memahami tugas pokok fungsi yang diembannya untuk menjalankan visi misi Wali Kota Medan sebagaimana tertuang dalam RPJMD 2021-2026.
“Pasti hasil ujian ini akan dikirim kepada Wali Kota untuk melihat apakah para pejabat ini masih cekatan dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya,” sebut Sekda didampingi Plt Kepala BKDPSDM Medan, Sutan Tolang Lubis.
Sekda menerangkan, uji kompetensi ini akan dilaksanakan dua tahap. Pertama tahapan ujian tertulis sebagaimana yang dilakukan di Fakultas Psikologi USU. Tahapan kedua adalah wawancara oleh tim yang telah dibentuk Pemko Medan.
“Wawancara kita lakukan selama tiga hari di kantor Wali Kota,” ujar Sekda seraya berharap seluruh peserta mendapat nilai yang baik. (hpm).
