Invocavit.com – Polda Sumut telah memberikan sanksi tegas terhadap lima anggota Polri yang diduga terlibat dalam kasus kerangkeng milik Bupati Langkat nonaktif, Terbit Rencana Peranginangin.
“Kelimanya sudah diberikan sanksi setelah menjalani sidang kode etik di Bid Propam Polda Sumut,” kata Kabid Humas Polda Sumut, Kombes Pol Hadi Wahyudi, Selasa (24/5).
Kelima personel yang diberikan sanksi itu AKP ES berstatus sebagai saudara ipar Terbit Rencana Peranginangin. Aiptu RS, Bripka NS sebagai ajudan, Briptu A dan Bripda ES.
“Sanksi yang dijatuhi beragam. Ada yang sanksi demosi, penundaan pangkat dan mutasi, tidak menerima gaji berkala serta ada beberapa sanksi lagi yang dijatuhkan kepada lima personel sesuai dengan perannya masing-masing dan itu sudah kita sidangkan,” sebut Hadi
Juru bicara Poldasu itu mengatakan, kelima personel Polri itu tidak terlibat menganiaya tahanan hingga tewas. Hanya saja mereka mengetahui tetapi tidak melaporkannya kepada atasan.
Diketahui, kelima anggota yang diperiksa diduga terlibat kasus kerangkeng terdiri dari satu Perwira Polres Binjai dan empat Brigadir dari Polres Langkat.
“Dalam kasus ini Dit Reskrimum Polda Sumut sudah menetapkan sembilang tersangka terkait kasus kerangkeng itu,” pungkas Hadi menambahkan, Kapoldasu tidak segan-segan memberikan tindakan tegas bagi anggota Polri yang terlibat kriminalitas.
Rekontruksi
Sementara itu, dalam pekan ini, penyidik Direktorat Reskrimum Polda Sumatera Utara segera melakukan rekontruksi kasus tewasnya penghuni kerangkeng milik Bupati Langkat nonaktif, Terbit Rencana Peranginangin.
“Dalam waktu dekat (pekan ini) kita akan melakukan rekontruksi dengan teman-teman Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU),” sebut Kabid Humas Polda Sumut Kombes Pol Hadi Wahyudi, Selasa (24/5/22) pagi.
Rekontruksi ini dilakukan untuk melengkapi berkas dan melihat peran masing-masing kesembilan tersangka dalam melakukan dugaan penganiayaan terhadap para penghuni tersangka dan setelah rekon tentu kita akan menyegerakan pelimpahan berkas kepada kejaksaan.
Terkait Bupati Langkat nonaktif, Terbit Rencana Peranginangin dihadirkan dalam rekontruksi itu, Hadi belum bisa memastikannya. “Nanti kita lihat, penyidik yang menentukan yang jelas para tersangka itu yang memainkan peran rekontruksi itu. Atau ada peran pengganti dari kita (Polda Sumut),” katanya menambahkan, lokasi rekonstruksi akan ditentukan penyidik.
Diketahui, penyidik Dit Reskrimum Polda Sumut telah menetapkan sembilan tersangka dalam kasus tewasnya penghuni kerangkeng milik Bupati Langkat nonaktif, Terbit Rencana Peranginangin, yang diduga disebabkan karena penganiayaan.
