INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN- Ejwin Effendi Sitorus alias Aji (43) warga Letjen M.T. Haryono Kel. Selat Lancang Kecamatan Datuk Bandar Timur Kota Tanjung Balai dituntut Jaksa Penuntut Umum ( JPU) Fransiska Panggabean 14 tahun penjara denda Rp 1 Miliar subsider 6 bulan kurungan terkait kepemilikan sabu seberat 2 kg.
Dilihat di SIPP PN Medan, Senin (22/8/2022) tuntutan tersebut dibacakan JPU Fransiska dari Kejati Sumut dihadapan Majelis Hakim diketuai Ahmad Sumardi, Rabu (10/8/2022) lalu.
Dalam nota tuntutannya, JPU menjerat terdakwa Ejwin melanggar pasal 114 ayat 2 dan pasal 112 ayat UU Narkotika Jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
“Perbuatan terdakwa meresahkan masyarakat dan tindak mendukung program pemerintah tentang pemberantasan narkotika.Sedangkan yang meringankan terdakwa sopan dan mengakui terus terang perbuatannya,” ujar JPU wanita itu.
Untuk mendengar putusan hakim,sidang dilanjutkan pekan mendatang.
Sebelumnya, dalam surat dakwaan JPU dijelaskan, ihwal penangkapan Ejwin yang disebut kurir besar narkotika di Tanjungbalai.
Untuk menangkap terdakwa, petugas Polda Sumut terpaksa menyamar sebagai pembeli.Ternyata untuk memasarkan barang haramnya itu terdakwa tidak sendiri ada temannya Tohir alias Wisnu, Boby Effendi Hutapea dan DTM Adhan alias Atok (sidang terpisah).
Awalnya, Ahmad Firlana dari Poldasu memesan kepada Tohir sabu seberat 2 kg seharga Rp 460 juta.
Untuk mencari barang haram tersebut,Tohir minta bantuan Bobby dan terdakwa Ejwin. Kebetulan terdakwa punya teman Atok yang bisa menyediakan 2 kg sabu tersebut.
Setelah 2 kg sabu tersedia,Tohir menghubungi Ahmad Firlana di Hotel Ananda Jalan Letjen M.T. Haryono Tanjung Balai Kel. Perwira Kec. Tanjung Balai Selatan Kota Tanjung Balai.
Mendapat informasi tersebut, Ahmad Firlana bersama temannya Yudha Nasution dan Dedy Chandra Damanik meluncur ke hotel tersebut.
Tiba di sana, Firlana menemui Tohir di halaman Hotel, sedangkan dua polisi lainnya berada didalam mobil.Tohir langsung menyuruh terdakwa Ejwin dan Bobby untuk mengambil 2 kg sabu yang terbungkus plastik Berwarna Hijau bertuliskan Guanyinwang yang disimpan terdakwa didalam jok sepeda motornya.
Tak berapa lama berselang , terdakwa dan Bobby datang ke hotel Ananda membawa 2 kg sabu dan diserahkan kepada Tohir didalam mobil polisi yang menyatu sebagai pembeli.Disaat itulah terdakwa Ejwin dan dua temannya ditangkap Firlana, dkk.
Ketika diintrogasi terdakwa Ejwin mengakui bahwa barang haram tersebut milik Atok. Berkat info itu akhirnya Atok pun ditangkap di belakang rumahnya di Jalan Sei Abdul Wahab Dusun VI Kel. Bagan Asahan Kecamatan Tanjung Balai Kota Kab. Asahan, 11 April 2022.
