Alih Fungsi Hutan, Kejatisu Sita 105,9852 Hektar Tanah

INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN – Tim Penyidik Tindak Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Sumatera Utara (Sumut) melakukan penyitaan  tanah seluas 105,9852 Hektar terkait  dugaan korupsi alih fungsi di Kawasan Hutan Suaka Margasatwa, Kabupaten Langkat.

 

Kepala Seksi (Kasi) Penerangan Hukum (Penkum) Kejati Sumut Yos A Tarigan SH MH ketika dikonfirmasi wartawan, Rabu (9/11/2022) mengatakan Tim Penyidik Pidsus Kejati Sumut, pada Selasa (8/11/2022), sekitar pukul 11.00 WIB hingga pukul 16.00 WIB,  melakukan penyitaan terhadap  tanah seluas 105,9852 Hektar di Desa Tapak Kuda, Kecamatan Tanjung Pura, Kabupaten Langkat

 

Dikatakannya, penyitaan itu berdasarkan penetapan dari Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Medan Kelas I A No.39/SIT/PID.SUS-TPK/2022/PN.MDN tanggal 14 Oktober 2022 tentang Dugaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Alih Fungsi Kawasan Hutan Suaka Margasatwa Karang Gading dan Langkat Timur Laut, Kecamatan Tanjung Pura, Kabupaten Langkat, yang  memberikan izin kepada Penyidik Pidsus Kejati Sumut untuk melakukan penyitaan terhadap tanah tersebut.

 

“Untuk penanganan perkara ini, Pidsus telah memeriksa saksi-saksi sebanyak 40 orang, baik dari pihak BPN, pihak yang menggunakan lahan, kementerian KLHK dan beberapa ahli keuangan negara dan perekonomian negara

 

Selanjutnya, sambung Yos, Tim Pidsus Kejati Sumut sedang menunggu perhitungan dari ahli Lingkungan terkait potensi kerugian keuangan negaranya.

 

“Tim ahli lingkungannya berasal dari IPB dan ahli keuangan/ekonomi dari UGM. Untuk perkembangan selanjutnya akan disampaikan secepatnya. Dan terhadap lahan tersebut telah dititipkan ke BKSDA Wilayah 1 Sumut,” kata mantan Kasi Pidsus Kejari Deli Serdang itu.

 

Sebelumnya,  tim Penyidik Kejati Sumut  meninjau lahan Suaka Margasatwa, namun faktanya di lapangan terdapat tanaman sawit yang disebutkan dikelola oleh kelompok tani, namun kelompok tani yang dimaksud diduga hanya kedok saja.

 

“Bahwa tanah tersebut adalah kawasan hutan Suaka Margasatwa dan didalamnya ada kelompok tani yang bernaung dibawah Koperasi Serba Usaha atau KSU Sinar Tani Makmur (STU),” paparnya.

 

Dijelaskannya ,  tidak hanya kerugian Negara yang dicari, namun Tim Pidsus Kejatisu juga mencari  dampaknya kepada kerugian perekonomian negara.

 

“Dalam pengelolaan lahan berkedok Koperasi ini, semakin memperkuat pembuktian perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi mafia tanah,” pungkasnya.

 

Diketahui, dalam pelaksanaan penyitaan lahan tersebut, dilaksanakan oleh tim penyidik Kejati Sumut sebanyak 5 orang yang dikoordinir oleh Koordinator Pidsus dan Stakeholder, pihak BKSDA Wilayah 1 Sumut, BPN Langkat, personil Polres Langkat dan Kodim Langkat serta dihadiri penasehat hukum dari pihak yang sebelumnya menguasai dan mengelola kawasan tersebut.(pung)
