MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM – Penyidik Tipikor Direktorat (Dit) Reskrimsus Polda Sumut segera melimpahkan lima tersangka dugaan suap seleksi Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) di Kabupaten Batubara ke jaksa.
Kabid Humas Poldasu Kombes Hadi Wahyudi yang dikonfirmasi soal itu membenarkan. “Betul, berkas perkara terhadap lima tersangka dinyatakan lengkap P21. Tentu tahap selanjutnya penyidik polisi segera melimpahkan tersangka serta barang bukti ke JPU,” kata Kabid Humas Polda Sumut, Kombes Pol Hadi Wahyudi, Selasa (2/7/2024).
Hadi menuturkan, penyidik mendapatkan surat pernyataan berkas lengkap atau P21, setelah dilakukan penelitian oleh Kejatisu. Dalam kasus ini, Polda Sumut telah menetapkan lima orang tersangka. Salah satunya, yakni inisial F adik dari mantan Bupati Batubara.
Hadi menerangkan, penyelidikan kasus itu dilakukan usai adanya pengaduan masyarakat (dumas) yang diterima Dit Reskrimsus Polda Sumut. Dari dumas itu penyidik melakukan serangkaian penyelidikan hingga menetapkan sejumlah tersangka di kasus dugaan korupsi seleksi PPPK di Kabupaten Batubara.
“Hasil gelar perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi terkait perbuatan pemerasan atau penerimaan hadiah dalam rangka seleksi pengadaan PPPK jabatan fungsional guru di lingkungan Pemkab Batubara Tahun Anggaran 2023,” terangnya.
