Bersumber dari APBD Propsu Rp.36 Milyar ,  Proyek SMAN 2 Plus Besitang Langkat Dilaporkan ke Polda Sumut

MEDAN, INVOCAVIT.COM –  Proyek pembangunan SMA Negeri 2 Plus Besitang di Desa Kampung Lama, Kecamatan Besitang, Kab Langkat dilaporkan ke Polda Sumut, Jumat (13/9) lalu.
Laporan disampaikan sebuah LSM. Adapun alasan melaporkan proyek bernilai Rp.36 milyar itu karena diduga tidak sesuai dengan  nomenklatur  sehingga dinilai proyek gagal dan mubajir.
Proyek yang berdiri diatas lahan seluas 4 hektar lebih terdiri gedung belajar mengajar, kantor, asrama putra dan putri serta kantin dibangun sejak tahun 2021. Sesuai rencana akan dijadikan SMAN 2 Plus namun hampir empat tahun berjalan, sekolah tersebut bagaikan tidak terawat. Bahkan hingga kini, muridnya cuma 18 orang, dengan tenaga pengajar termasuk kepala sekolah 17 orang yang semua gurunya masih berstatus honor.
Menanggapi dilaporankannya proyek multiyears pembangunan SMAN 2 Plus Besitang tersebut ke aparat penegak hukum,  pengamat sosial kemasyarakatan yang konsen menyoroti pendidikan, Muhammad Abdi Siahaan/Wak Genk mendukung pelaporan tersebut.
“Saya kira laporan tersebut harus didukung apalagi soal sekolah. Pihak Polda Sumut diminta segera  memproses laporan LSM tersebut. Saya akan tetap kawal prosesnya,” tegas Wak Genk.
Melihat kondisi bangunan dan situasi sekolah, sebut Abdi Siahaan,  jelas tidak sesuai lagi dengan nomenklatur menjadikan SMA N 2 Plus.”Kerugian negara harus diusut apalagi anggaran Rp.36 milyar berasal dari APBD Propinsi Sumut Tahun 2021,” jelasnya.
Disebutkan Ketua investigasi LSM Peduli Bangsa Sumatera Utara itu, proyek tersebut direalisasikan ketika Edy Rahmayadi menjadi Gubernur Sumut.
Sementara itu, diketahui dari laporan yang disampaikan ke Polda Sumut,  proyek SMA Negeri 2 Plus Besitang tahap I tahun 2021, pembangunan fisik dikerjakan oleh CV. Wespandel group dengan direktur  Bambang Nurdiansyah. Anggaran yang terserap sebesar Rp.12 milyar lebih.
Jasa konstruksi perencanaan USB oleh  CV Abdi Kriasy dengan konsultan Porman Situmeang dengan anggaran Rp.323,5 juta dan jasa konstruksi pengawasan CV Presisi Tama, Ricardo Surya Pandapotan Manik sebesar Rp.481.921 juta lebih.
Pembangunan Tahap 2  tahun 2022
Pembangunan fisik oleh CV Bintang, direktur  Muh Nasir. Adapun anggaran sebesar Rp. 10.9 milyar lebih. Untuk jasa konsultasi perencanaan CV.Sakha Sinergi direktur Fahrizal Tri Prasetyo sebdar Rp. 828 juta lebih. Dan,
jasa konsultasi pengawasan oleh PT Bumi Toran, konsultan Yusrizal sebesar Rp.776. 145 juta.
Sementara pembangunan tahap 3 tahun 2023 oleh CV Nayla Santika Muh Saleh Nasution (direktur) dengan biaya sebesar Rp.3.698 milyar lebih.
Untuk jasa konsultasi  perencanaan dipegang oleh PT Republik Enginering Konsultan dengan konsultan Yanis Panel Zebua, anggaran yang dikucurkan sebesar Rp.97,6 juta lebih serta jasa konsultasi pengawasan dikendalikan oleh CV. Rajawali enginering Konsultan Boy Elyeser Ginting, anggarannya sebesar Rp.281.661 juta lebih.
