TANJUNGBALAI,INVOCAVIT.COM-Ratusan warga yang tergabung dalam Barisan Intelijen Masyarakat (BIM) Kota Tanjungbalai melakukan aksi demo dikantor Bawaslu Tanjungbalai di KM 3 Jalan Sudirman Kelurahan Pahang Kecamatan Datuk Bandar mendesak ketua Bawaslu RI untuk mencopot status seorang Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) berinisial AS karena dinilai telah mencederai prinsip netralitas.
Riyan dan Rahmat dalam penyampaian aspirasinya secara bergantian mengatakan bahwa Undang-Undang Nomor 5 tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan PP Nomor 45 tahun 2018 tentang manajemen PPPK untuk menegakkan integritas dan membersihkan lembaga pengawas Pemilu dari oknum yang diduga melakukan pelanggaran kode etik.
Disampaikan, AS yang merupakan salah seorang oknum PPPK yang bertugas di Bawaslu Kota Tanjungbalai diduga telah melakukan pelanggaran kode etik, maka untuk ini BIM Tanjungbalai mendesak ketua Bawaslu Kota Tanjungbalai untuk segera melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap AS yang diduga kuat telah melanggar sumpah sebagai PPPK.
Selanjutnya BIM Tanjungbalai juga mendesak ketua Bawaslu RI untuk segera mencopot status PPPK “AS” karena dinilai telah mencederai prinsip netralitas, tidak menjaga nilai persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa, serta diduga telah mengutamakan kepentingan pribadi atau golongan diatas kepentingan negara dan masyarakat.
Selanjutnya mendorong dilakukannya evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap seluruh ASN yang bertugas dilingkungan Bawaslu Kota Tanjungbalai guna memastikan bahwa lembaga pengawas Pemilu ini tetap independen, netral dan berintegritas tinggi menjelang momentum demokrasi yang akan datang.
Aksi BIM ini diterima langsung oleh ketua Bawaslu Kota Tanjungbalai Dedi Hendrawan yang meminta agar masalah ini dibuatkan laporannya secara tertulis sehingga nantinya dapat diproses sebagaimana mestinya.
Setelah menunggu 30 menit AS tampil didepan aksi BIM ini mengatakan bahwa dirinya siap menerima semua konsekuensi dan kalau ada unsur pidananya dalam masalah ini maka dipersilahkan untuk melaporkannya kepada pihak kepolisian.
Aksi berjalan damai dan mendapat pengawalan pihak kepolisian dari Polres Tanjungbalai, dan setelah mendapatkan penjelasan tersebut maka aksi BIM Tanjungbalai ini membubarkan diri.(anja)
