Salah satu jalan yang mengalami rusak para disalah satu Dusun di Desa Bahung Sibatu batu Asahan.(ist).

 

 

TANJUNGBALAI,INVOCAVIT.COM-Diduga ada skandal korupsi besar-besaran di Desa Bahung Sibatu Batu, Kecamatan Sei Dadap, Kabupaten Asahan dimana telah didapati hampir semua wilayah dari Dusun 1,2,3,4,5 dan 6 jalan di desa tersebut rusak parah dan Plank APBdes tahun 2023, APBdes Tahun 2024 dan APBDes Tahun 2025 tidak terpasang.

Dugaan kuat Hasan Basri S selaku Kepala Desa Bahung Sibatu Batu selama menjabat 10 tahun atau 2 periode terindikasi Korupsi/Mark Up karena dapat dilihat dari pembangunan infrastruktur tidak ada yang tampak dan semua jalan rusak parah didapati hanya batu pitrun, cor beton, drainase dan hotmix yang sudah rusak parah dan diduga pembuangan anggaran karena percuma di bangun diduga asal jadi hanya modus untuk mengambil keuntungan pribadi.

Didapati juga proyek Pemerintah Desa Bahung Sibatu Batu Kecamatan Sei Dadap jenis pekerjaan peningkatan jalan dengan petrun berlokasi di dusun 1 terhubung ke dusun 6 dengan menggunakan anggaran dana desa tahun 2025 dengan biaya Rp. 165.063.000. (165juta) waktu pelaksanaan 1 tahun anggaran pelaksana tim pelaksana kegiatan (TPK) desa Bahung Sibatu Batu yang duga asal jadi.

Dikonfirmasi, Kamis, (03/07/2025) Hasan Basri S Kepala Desa Bahung Sibatu Batu Kecamatan Sei Dadap Kabupaten Asahan di kantor nya menyampaikan.

Saya menjabat kepala desa 10 tahun dan terkait plank APBDes tahun 2024 sudah hilang pada waktu pembersihan dan Plank APBdes tahun 2025 belum siap karena bendahara masih sakit sampai sekarang.

” Terkait proyek peningkatan jalan dengan petrun dengan biaya 165 itu dengan luas pengerjaan sekitar 1 kilo meter dan kami membeli satu truck dengan harga 1 juta 6 ratus itu dua kali pengerjaan pertama di kerjakan dengan alat berat buldoser baru masuk batu kemudian ditimbun dengan tanah itupun belum clear bang”, ungkapnya.

Sementara itu, Dodi Antoni Ketua Umum Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat Gerakan Masyarakat dan Mahasiswa Anti Korupsi Kabupaten Asahan Provinsi Sumatera Utara Republik Indonesia (Ketum DPP LSM GEMMAKO ASAHAN SUMUT RI) mendesak Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) yang terkhusus Kapolres Asahan Cq Unit Tipikor Polres Asahan, Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kisaran, Kepala Dinas Inspektorat Asahan dan Kepala Dinas PMD Kabupaten Asahan untuk mengkroscek Hasan Basri S selaku kepala desa bahung sibatu- batu, yang mulai  menjabat 10 tahun atau 2 periode.

 

“Kami menduga telah terjadi skandal korupsi besar-besaran karena pada investigasi dilapangan jalan diwilayah Pemerintah Desa Bahung Sibatu Batu rusak parah hanya menggunakan proyek pengerjaan batu petrun saja puluhan milyar ditotalkan selama 10 tahun di gabungkan selama menjabat namun seperti tidak ada realisasi nyata yang tampak dalam bentuk fisik,” jelasnya.

” Kemudian, plank APBdes dimulai dari tahun ketahun selama beliau menjabat tidak terpasang dengan alasan yang tidak masuk di akal, diketahui bahwa anggaran APDes tahun 2024 Rp 1,5 Milyar, jika dihitung rata rata pertahun 1 milyar maka menjadi puluhan milyar namun diduga tidak tampak hasilnya di desa tersebut dan terkait proyek peningkatan jalan dengan petrun yang berbiaya 165 juta dugaan kuat asal jadi”, ucap Dodi Antoni.

Ditambahkannya” kepada APH saya meminta juga untuk memeriksa program BUMDESnya selama kades Hasan menjabat, berdasarkan aduan masyarakat BUMDES tersebut mati atau tidak jelas jasadnya”. (anja)
