INVOCAVIT.COM, MEDAN- Praktek “Kencing” ditengah jalan ternyata bukan hanya berlaku untuk BBM (Bahan Bakar Minyak) sebagaimana yang kerap terjadi. Tetapi, terhadap jagung curah juga dilakukan. Praktek kejahatan “Kencing” terhadap curah jagung itu akhirnya dibongkar penyidik Subdit III/Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Sumatera Utara.
Sebanyak 8 orang tersangka diantaranya 6 sopir dan kondektur CV.Bonar Jaya bersama seorang penadah dan pemilik temp[at pencucian truk diangkut ke Mapoldasu berikut barang bukti 1,2 ton jagung yang dikemas dalam goni.
Praktek “Kencing” itu sudah terjadi sejak tiga bulan lalu. Sehingga, pihak CV.Bonar Jaya mengalami kerugian puluhan ton jagung curah dengan nilai ratusan juta rupiah.
Direktur Reskrimum Polda Sumut Kombes Pol Tatan Dirsan Atmaja melalui Kasubdit III/Jatanras Kompol Bayu Putra Samara ketika dikonfirmasi membenarkan penangkapan tersebut. Namun ia belum bersedia memaparkan kasus itu.
“Iya benar, masih proses penyelidikan dan mengembangkan untuk mengejar pelaku lainnya,” singkatnya.
Para pelaku yang berhasil ditangkap yakni RMF, ESS, AP, Z, T, IS, K dan R dan barang bukti diboyong ke Mapolda Sumut.
Berdasarkan data yang didapat, awalnya empat truk masing-masing mengakut jagung curah puluhan ton dari CV Bonar Jaya yang berada di Jalan Medan Km 6.5 Kota Pematang Siantar tujuan Kota Medan.
Namun, di perjalanan tepatnya di lokasi pencucian truk yang berada di Desa Sei Sijenggi Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, para pelaku yakni empat supir dan empat kernet, berhenti di tempat pencucian truk. Kemudian, para supir dan kernet memindahkan jagung tersebut ke truk yang sudah disiapkan oleh penadah.
“Truk yang berjumlah 4 unit itu memindahkan jagung seberat dengan total 1,2 ton. Kemudian, setelah dipindahkan truk itu kembali melanjutkan perjalanan. Begitu juga truk penadah juga ikut berjalan,” ujar sumber.
Aksi ini pun berlangsung hampir tiga bulan. Sehingga pemilik CV Bonar Jaya mengalami kerugian ratusan juta rupiah dan membuat laporan ke Polda Sumatera Utara.
Selanjutnya, petugas Subdit III/Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Sumatera Utara melakukan penyelidikan. Tepat pada 8 September 2022, petugas mendapatkan informasi adanya pemindahan jagung dari truk ke truk.
Kemujdian, pada dinihari personel Subdit III/Jatanras menuju lokasi pencucian mobil yang berada di Desa Sei Sijenggi Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Ternyata benar ditemukan adanya aksi pencurian dengan modus memindahkan barang bukti jagung dari truk ke truk.
Dari lokasi itu, petugas mengamankan dua supir dan empat kernet truk yang merupakan karyawan CV Bonar Jaya. Bukan hanya mereka, petugas juga mengamankan seorang penadah dan pemilik rumah/pencuci mobil di lokasi tersebut.

Dengan penangkapan para tersangka, pihak CV.Bonar Jaya melalui Humas, Marihot Purba mengapresiasi langkah cepat yang dilakukan tim Subdit III/Umum Ditreskrimum Poldasu.
“Kami sangat mengapresiasi gerak cepat penyidik yang menangkap 8 orang tersangka. Kami berharap agar sindikat penadah jagung ini dapat di tumpas dan di bedah sampai ke akar-akarnya karena sangat menggangu investasi,” ujar Marigot Purba, Selasa (13/9).

Mereka juga berharap, penyidik Subdit III/Jahtanras tidak hanya menangkap ke 8 tersangka tetapi menangkap pelaku lainnya terutama aktor utama yg berada di belakang kejadian pencurian tersebut.(jos).
